We had a great vacation. The condo has great ocean and pool area views. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen and the shower was spacious. It was very clean and quiet. Parking is convenient.

The property was very nice overall. They were doing maintenance on the elevator which we were told about shortly after booking. It was not an issue but as much as we were in and out it would have been even better if the elevator was working. The condo was very nice. We really appreciated the spaciousness and the views. It’s a beautiful place and we really enjoyed staying there. One thing of note: the vertical blinds on the sliding patio door did not function well when we got there. They need some attention. We really appreciated that everything else in the unit seemed to be up to date and nicely done.

We had a delightful trip to palmetto dunes with no cares or worries. There was only a small problem with the air conditioner setting that was easily and quickly solved by a prompt visit by Conner from the management company. All the appliances worked (Keurig and drip coffee maker), 2 showers made cleaning up from the beach quick and uncontested ( no tub), and the bed was comfortable. We spent the majority of our time outdoors and the Adirondack chairs on the patio were very serviceable to sit and enjoy the evenings or snack outside ( not suitable for a full Al fresco dinner). We loved our effortless week at Palmetto Dunes

The condo was in a perfect location; very close to the beach and at a quieter end of Palmetto Dunes. All neccessities were provided by the owner. February was too chilly to enjoy the pools, but the pool side deck was available to enjoy the sun. Gas grills were available and very clean. Our only suggestion is that the living room carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. There are a lot of stains from spilled beverages. The building maintenance people were very efficient and the facilities were spotless. We will be back next year.

This is a great property with wonderful views of the ocean and pool area from the large windows. There is easy beach access and the resort is in close proximity to many restaurants and shopping areas. Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina is about a 6 min drive. The furniture in the condo was very nice and clean, however the carpet was stained. The large bathroom with double sinks is a plus. Palmetto Dunes has 3 great resort golf courses with public access.

The property was great for just the two of us. The condo is nicely appointed and very conveniently located with great views. I really enjoyed the vacation rentals that accompanied the booking. This property is managed seamlessly. The only negative we have is that the televisions were less than optimal. We could not get audio in the bedroom and the living room system operated very slowly when using apps, and very limited channels available. Overall, highly satisfied and would definitely book again!

Was a very nice place with great views and plenty of space. Decorating could be a little more "beachy" and kitchen was stocked a little sparse but was fine. Wanted to entertain a few friends staying ih HH but needed to borrow additional pots and dishes. Could use a new canopener! But honestly, it worked out ok. Overall a Great location in building. We would definitely stay here again

The complex is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The Vacation Company had great "starter kits" and the condo contained all necessities....plus. Rhonda Bolthouse did a fantastic job communicating and our only issue "broken toaster" was replaced immediatly. While it is difficult to find any faults, I do not believe carpet is not good in a rental and the living room furniture could be much more comfortable.

This condo was awesome and exactly as described. It is spacious, updated and a great location. We loved the balcony view; the pools and hot tub area were wonderful. Honestly...It was just perfect! Thank you! The only thing I would suggest is posting the coffee filter type needed with the coffee maker. Since I wasn't sure, I had to wait until after I arrived and that first coffee-less morning on the balcony wasn't ideal. I purchased a 100-pack (that was the smallest)... so I did leave them for the next coffee enthusiast renter. :)

My husband and I have stayed at several of the Hampton Place condos over this years. This one has become our favorite. The old jacuzzi tub has been removed in the master bath and replaced with a new, much larger tile shower. The entire condo is decorated very tastefully and the ocean view is great. The two pool set up at this complex is very nice as well.

Wonderful condo!! Very bright and cheerful. We have ben coming to Hampton Place for several years and this is by far the best villa we have been in. Absolutely spotless!! You can see the dolphins from the balcony. Gorgeous!!
