My wife and I have rented this location multiple times over the past few years. I would say that most of the time we received a call saying we could check in early as the unit was already cleaned and available. We called this year when we arrived in the area about an hour ahead of the 4:00 check in time and asked if the unit might be ready so we could check in and we were told that we had to wait until 4 because that’s the check in time. We knew that was the normal check in time we were just inquiring if there may be a chance that we could get in a little earlier. The girl who my wife spoke with clearly didn’t even check she just said no and that was it. Not very good customer service from our perspective. Secondly I started receiving texts messages from you on Thursday asking me if I could take a survey and let you when we might be checking out on Saturday…really! I need to be bothered by nuisance text messages and emails about when I’m going to be checking out. I paid to be there until 10:00 on Saturday morning so you shouldn’t even be asking the question. Just in principle I didn’t respond the texts or emails because it was harassing to me and unnecessary. You wouldn’t accommodate me on the front end of the stay but then you want me to text you if I’m going to leave early, I don’t think so! Needless to say we will likely not rent through your business again. I will also add that the VayK bikes we rented were awful and in terrible condition.

We love the property! It was very nice and everything was well kept. I didn’t realize the large amount that Vrbo was charging for the booking. It was a last minute decision and I wasn’t paying attention when I booked it . We have been going to Hilton Head for several years and this is the best place we have stayed!!!! Would definitely stay there again.

Everything unglamorous and unadvertised was exceptional and made our stay memorable. When traveling, we often hope for a nominally functional shower to remove sand and sunblock… theirs made our cleanup something to look forward to on out way up from the beach.Even little but costly improvements like the (new anderson sliding doors are what you would do if you actually lived in your condo. Nobody talks about the beds, and its hard to assess in the photos…. This was a bed/mattress like we would purchase, except theirs was newer than ours. Even the patio furniture was comfortable, and not just purchased to “stage” the balcony for photos. We really enjoyed our week in Palmetto dunes, and in no small part because the condo allowed us to focus on the vacation part, not shortcomings.We have stayed in condos in Palmetto dunes for about 30 yrs , previous to this yr, usually 2BR inits, but traveling without family this year allowed us to discover this gem.

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo unit. It is very nice snd clean. Great view of ocean and pool. We only wish the hot tub by the pool was working...it has been broken both times we have visited.

Overall everything was fine. Had 4 bath towels, but only 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels. Would be nice to get a set of 4 of everything.

This condo was exceptionally and location was perfect! Very clean, smooth check-in process, and awesome view of the ocean. Loved everything about it it was our home away from home for a blissful week. Rented bikes and close to Pickleball if you are a fan which we played everyday. We will be back next year!

Quiet, peaceful and serene beachfront property, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The lodgings are roomy, comfortable, bright and beautifully decorated. A range of very tasteful welcome kits (soaps, lotions, detergents, etc) were most appreciated. Everything was 100% perfect.

Our vacation property delivered on both location and accommodations. The condo is beautiful with stunning views and the weather was perfect. The grounds and amenities (pools, hot tub, fire pit, and gas grills) were so nice. We also liked the garage parking and elevators. The condo has new bathrooms with large showers. Also, having the washer & dryer was great after being on the beach or in the pool. Vacation Company was our management contact and they were great. Easy check in and out and they kept us notified of happenings around Windsor Court.

Wonderful location, beautifully renovated condo. Great showers. But washing machine was being replaced, and new machine did not have functioning dryness sensor. Also microwave did not work.

The Condo was perfect for my family of 4 and my two parents. While it would have been nice to be on the beach, it wasn't a far walk and the lagoon view was peaceful. This was our 5th trip to Hilton Head and is probably our favorite property thus far. We always stay at Palmetto Dunes, but we typically stay at the North Gate.

Everything thing was impeccable with 2 exceptions. If you have back issues then the furniture in the living area could be more comfortable. But they do provide a number of pillows. Also the 2 toilets should be comfort height! We would definitely rent here again! The ocean views are spectacular!

We really enjoyed our stay at Palmetto Dunes Windsor Court South. The condo was in a great community and a perfect view of the ocean and pool area. We found the condo very clean and roomy. Our only suggestion/complaint would be the shower size. While a jacuzzi tub is nice, we would have much rather preferred a nice size shower in both bathrooms. Other than that, this is a great place!

Well appointed. Great views of the ocean. Wild life abounds off the back deck (deer, osprey, pelicans, seagulls). Cleanest we’ve ever experienced at checkin. Showers are a bit small. Kitchen is a little tight. My only recommendation is to add light-blocking curtains in the bedroom. Great place to stay.
