Beautiful property! Ease of access from this unit to the pool and beach! We loved it!

Loved the location of this unit at Hampton Place! Near elevator and walk to the pool and beach was short and easy! Loved the layout and everything worked great! It could’ve have been cleaned a little more thoroughly but it wasn’t bad.

We really enjoyed our stay Palmetto Dunes. Everything was as described and made our stay very enjoyable. We really loved and used all the amenities that are close to where we stayed. My children really enjoyed all the attractions, restaurants, bakeries, etc that are all within an easy bike ride. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful, clean, AC worked great, no complaints about unit. However getting in and out of Palmento Dunes did create issues. One time a gate getting out didn’t open had to go another exit. Another time going in the guard said we had to go to a different entrance and wouldn’t open the gate even though it clearly stated Palmento Dunes, and we had our pass on dash board. After several days decided to go in and out through one entrance that we knew worked. This needs to be explained onnadvance.

Very nice condo, clean near beach and pool. Very quiet. Kitchen had nice appliances and everything in the condo worked well. AC worked great. Would be happy to stay there again.

Great property. Lovely unit, tastefully decorated and very comfortable bed. I would stay again. My only suggestion for improvement is higher toilets, remove the jaccuzi tub and expand the shower. However, these would not prevent me from staying again.

Beautiful view! Easy walk to beach. Condo well stocked. The rental company communicated well. Nice welcome gift from rental company. Credit for the bikes was an extra surprise. Highly recommend this spot!

We stayed here for 8 days/nights and loved it. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking breakfast and fixing lunch. We chose to eat dinner out each night. The bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of outlets for charging technology. The two baths make it nice for getting ready each evening. We enjoyed late evenings on the balcony where we had a great view of the ocean.

The condo is beautiful! It is well cared for with up to date furnishings. The one bedroom, 2 baths is perfect for a couple's getaway! The property grounds are well kept and beautiful. A visit from the deer family was special. The walk to the beach is short and puts you in just the right place to enjoy a nice walk along the water.

Lovely and well maintained condo, just as described. Hope to stay here again Only complaint we have is the bedroom smells quite mildewy. Coincidentally we talked to the next door neighbor and they said their entire condo was old and mildewy so that may be the reason for it. Also we’re hoping the tiny shower stall is updated by the time we stay again

We had a wonderful time at this property. It is nicely decorated, comfortable, and well-kept. Especially enjoyed the view and the taller comfy chairs on the patio so we had a clear view of the sunrise each morning. And all of the furniture is comfortable like the glider in front of the window that catches the afternoon sun. A cozy moment on a cool December day. This is our second stay with The Vacation Company and have enjoyed each property. Also, the easy process of placing the reservation and the attention to detail at the property like nightlights, some dishwasher and laundry pods to get us started , and nice bath and beach towels. It makes for easy vacation planning. We will be back!

It had everything we needed. It was very peaceful to sit on the balcony for breakfast or to sit and read.. There's a gentle breeze that blows since we were three floors up and the view is awesome. There are a number of wonderful restaurants nearby this location as well.

This is a great place to destress. Everything was immaculate upon arrival, and the bed gave me the best night's sleep I have had in months. The open floor plan let us see the ocean from every comfortable seat in the villa, but breakfast on the patio while viewing the ocean was the best! I like to cook, and found the kitchen well equipped, with all new appliances. I will definitely be back!

We spent our days with fresh coffee from the Keurig and a walk on the beach. Cooking in this kitchen was so fun with all the tools you need. Views of the water and palm trees....the ocean mist and crashing...just perfect.
