We were very happy with our condo in Palmetto Dunes. Great location, excellent weather, and beautiful sunrise views went a long way towards erasing a cold and rainy early spring in Ohio. The Vacation Club was very easy to deal with and everyone was so nice.

We have been staying at 4102 Windsor North for the last 10 years and it's always been a great experience! Everything is clean and well kept ! New kitchen appliances and furnishings make the stay very relaxing and enjoyable! Close to the pool and the beach and undercover parking are big pluses ! We definitely will continue to stay here !

Loved the location of this condo- our family had a wonderful first visit to HHI. Condo was spacious and convenient for our family if 4 including a 22 and 19 year old. Wonderful beach view! Condo had everything we needed and appliances were great. We just needed some USB ports to charge our phones - very minor but bring the charger with the plug too. We rented bikes for the week and got baskets for them - definitely a must to ride on the beach and everywhere. We also spent the day at the Omni which is close by - we got a resort pass to use all the pools - we also had a nice spa treatment there too. My son took golf lessons a couple days at Robert Trent - very close by and l loved it too. Overall super condo, location and vacation! The checkin and out was so easy and the rental company was incredible with communication.

A large, spacious and well-kept condominium in Palmetto Dunes. Great views of the ocean with the crashing waves to help put you to sleep. Great pool area for all (kids pool too!). White sandy beaches just steps away and if you are up amazing sunrises. Condominium is well appointed and large enough for your family to have separate areas. We loved our stay!

Everything was good during my stay. The only problem was the checkout time. There was a miscommunication about the day to leave and I got locked out of my condo. I did talk with someone who was very helpful but by the time I was able to contact her, I had already left the unit.

We haves stayed at Windsor court north before and this condo didn’t disappoint. I would like to mention the kiddie pool was not enjoyable though. Unfortunately there were more adults drinking beer than kids enjoying the pool. In the years past we never witnessed this. The clientele has changed.

We absolutely loved the property! The view was phenomenal! The condo was very well equipped. And the check in and out was flawless. We only had one concern: my husband and I slept in the room with the two twin beds. The one closest to the door was fine. But the one next to the window really squeaked and made a rather loud noise whenever you turned over. I ended up sleeping on the couch. But this did not detract from our wonderful stay! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home,

Very nice unit, very close to beach that you can see from living room and master bedroom- great to awake to the gorgeous sunrises! I would stay there again if possible.

This unit and property were perfect for our quick family getaway! We enjoyed biking, skim boarding, swimming, grilling, eating in and dining out! Sunrise beach walks were my personal favorite!

This unit was perfect for our family of four. First level, close to Pools and a short walk to the beach. We were greeted every morning and evening by deer. Super clean and a beautiful resort!

Excellent location in Palmetto Dunes means away from the daily crowds. Condo was as published and more. Steps to elevator to pool and the great lonely ( thats a good thing) beach. Beach view bedrooms and full kitchen and easily a place to call home away from home. We're picky people and didn't find anything to pick on...

We had such a lovely stay with family. Just wish we had stayed longer. Such a nice condo. We loved the view and location on the island.

We absolutely loved this condo! The unit was very clean, easy access from the front of the building via stairs or from the garage as it has an elevator. There are ocean views from every room and the layout is perfect for providing plenty of space. The decor was lovely and the bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. The second bedroom offers two twin beds which is nice for children however an XL twin would be more welcoming when adults are using that room. There are doors to completely close off the second bedroom and bathroom from the main area. Both bedrooms offer a walk in closet. Having wifi was a huge help as I had to work in the unit one day. We did have an issue upon arrival as we never received information for checking in and this caused a few hour delay on our first night of vacation after a long day of travel and it was night time. But between the Vacation Company and the guards in the pass house who were so helpful, we knew we were in good hands and they did eventually get us access to the unit. The kitchen lacked in cooking utensils and the bar could use a new set of wine glasses. The toilets in both bathrooms were constantly running, the oven did not work. The kitchen sink was also leaking so there are some needed repairs. But overall, this did not take away from our experience as this condo is so beautiful. The pool and grounds are well maintained and the beach access is very close. This area is a bit quieter which was perfect for our group. We rented bikes and road the beach every morning. We sat on the balcony every night and enjoyed the deer that came to visit at dusk. We are already planning another trip back and I would love to book this same condo again. This was a great place for a vacation with young children. Very easy access to a nice pool and to the beach. It was easy to run back up to the room to get something and to go back and forth from the pool to the beach. The condo itself was clean and well laid out. You can see the ocean from all of the rooms and the balcony, though not the beach itself. However, you can still feel the ocean breeze and hear the waves, and having the ocean just steps away was good enough for me. We hope to be back soon!
