This was my 2nd time staying here. The condo has everything you need, fabulous ocean views, nice pool. Easy access to the beach. The vacation company responded quickly to a small plumbing issue which was fixed immediately. Will definitely stay again.

This condo is in a very nice location on the beach in Palmetto Dunes. We enjoyed our stay and loved many things about it. TVC responded very timely to a few inquiries and we really liked TVC's link to area and property info! A few revisions would make it even better. The mattresses were adequate, but a bit too firm. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, but the quality of some things was poor. For example there is a Keurig coffee maker that was very temperamental and we had to hold it shut to make a cup. There were LOTS of knives, but no sharp ones at all. A handheld knife sharpener or a set of the inexpensive CusineArt knives would have been great. It made cooking and cutting fruit annoying. There weren't enough food storage containers (bowls with lids, etc.) We really like to hang out at the beach and there was beach set up (chairs and umbrellas) available, for a fee. Beach chairs and an umbrella were provided in the condo, but they were in very sad condition (one chair was missing an arm). It would have been nice to have chairs provided we could use and save the extra expense. The pool was a nice break from the beach some days, but the pool could use at least 4-5 more umbrellas. Although there is a nice shaded "cabana" area with deck furniture/tables, I don’t think that's where most would like to hang out at the pool. We liked that they included garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, even laundry pods and PLENTY of beach towels. Check out was very easy. Despite a few disappointments described here, we would recommend this property. There were playful deer outside our balcony a few mornings/evenings and the location is great!

We really enjoyed then condo we stayed in. It was spacious with a kitchen full of all you need to cook. There were plenty of towels and other supplies. When we arrived the coffee maker was missing a vital part - a new pot was delivered quickly. We loved the beach view - and sound of waves breaking on the sand and the convenience for long walks on the beach and distance to the pool. We hope to stay again.

Condo was exactly as described and presented on-line. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all that we could need.My mother was particularly excited to be able to see the ocean from the living room and the patio as she drank her morning tea. Communication with the owner's rental company was ideal before and during the stay. Very helpful and accessible team.

Best vacation ever! The location and views from the property were excellent, centrally located with direct access to the beach and golf courses. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed.The only issues were the rugs were stained and dirty, especially the one in the master bedroom and the sliding door and screens need some attention. But other than that it was a beautiful condo. I would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at 464 Captains Walk, the unit was clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the location and view were spectacular. Just a few steps from the beach. We watched deer feed on the scrubs right below our balcony several evenings, played golf a three great course only minutes away, rode bikes throughout the community and even to breakfast a couple of morning. Couldn’t have been more relaxing! We wanted to give 5 stars, but there are a few items in the unit that need attention. First of all the rugs are in need of cleaning/replacement, especially the one in the master bedroom. It was very dirty and stained. Also the unit has two sliding door leading to the patio, both screens were broken and the door in the living room was almost impossible to open, once we got it open we just left it unlocked for the duration of our stay. Last is they need to add some hanger to the closets, there were only 8 total for the both rooms. In spite of those few things it was the perfect place to stay and we will definitely consider returning in the future!

Our adult children and friends gathered at multiple Captain’s Walk Units to celebrate our son’s engagement at the lighthouse on Sunday evening! This unit was very nice. We had our 87 and 90 year old parents and it was accessible for them.

We had the best time at Hilton Head! This rental was clean, well stocked and so close to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every day, seeing the deer and bunnies. The pool was really nice and clean and the beach was never overly crowded. We would definitely stay here again! Plus, it’s close to restaurants and grocery stores which was perfecf for us!

We just had a great 5 day stay here with our toddler. The photos aren’t able to capture the view but it is gorgeous and we loved it because even when we left the beach for lunch or her naptime we could still enjoy the beach from the balcony. It was easy to get around to shops and restaurants; we rented beach chairs but I did end up seeing they have a few chairs in the guest closet too. It helped to rent a beach cart to tote our stuff and we also enjoyed biking on the beach (20 min down the beach via bike to Coligny park!). The pool was heated so we enjoyed that as well. Overall a great location for a much needed relaxing break!

This second floor unit at Captain's Walk was perfect for my wife and me to enjoy our time in Palmetto Dunes. Beautiful sunrises, comfortable furnishings. Had a small maintenance issue and the management team handled things promptly. We were pleased and would return.

This property was very nice! Cozy, comfortable and clean. There was enough of all the necessities (dish soap, laundry pods, toilet paper, etc.) to last the week. We spent a lot of time in the unit since the weather was...well, February weather! The couches were cozy and there were many books to choose from. There were beach chairs and other beach items for our use. This was the perfect getaway for us and we would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time at Captain's Walk. The unit and condo complex were very well maintained. Because the complex is not a high risk but 3 smaller more spread out buildings the beach in front of the property is not as crowded as other places. The unit had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, beach towels, awesome view, comfy furniture and well stocked kitchen. The property manager was great - great communication. Easy check in and check out. It was also great they provided a few things like dishwasher soap, laundry detergent etc. We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. The pool was also heated well enough that we could swim in sunny low 60s weather!

Loved how close we were to the pool and beach access in this second floor unit. Still had a nice view of the ocean through the large windows in living, bedroom and patio. The closeness of the trees and dunes were an added touch of beauty. We could come and go for lunch and bathroom breaks quickly, and spare no time off the beach! Made for a very easy week of just hanging out on the beach, which is exactly what we were looking for! Place was clean and well decorated, making it homey. Plenty of room to dine in and play games, which is important nowadays!
