3205 Windsor Court South

We absolutely loved this condo. We've been renting units in Windsor Ct and Hampton Ct for years and this is one of our best experiences for a two bedroom. We love the updates and the Vacation Co does give you enough in their welcome pack (detergent, garbage bags,etc) for our small family. Bedding was comfortable, views from windows/balcony was nice. A couple of suggestions for the owners/mgr. 1. you need a new toaster 2. better instructions on roku tv use (3 remotes can be challenging) 3. please follow through with promise to let renter know if condo open early; ours was but no call or text. all in all, we hope to book here again next visit.

We had such an amazing family vacation! This is our second year using The Vacation Company and they are the BEST rental company that we have rented from in Hilton Head. Our condo this year was by far our favorite that we have stayed in over the years and we look forward to returning to this same condo again!

We enjoyed our stay, however we did have a problem with cockroaches this time. In the kitchen n the counter and dishwasher Our previous stay 2025 we had no issues We called to have them remedy the problem on day 2 and it helped a little bit, but not enough. It was at the point where we didn’t want to fix any food in the kitchen or eat. Even three days after they came and did a little hand spray we still had bugs in between plates in the cabinets. We were very disappointed that it was not cleaner this time. The date on the spray indicated 3/18 and we arrived in 3/21 Otherwise, we did have a beautiful stay

The place had nice furniture, comfortable beds, and was nicely updated. There were some minor issues with air and plumbing that were resolved quickly. Dishwasher needs to be replaced and definitely needs a heavy dose of extermination!! Vacation Company was amazing! Our trip would have been cut short, but they were extremely accommodating, understanding, and quick to respond and resolve issues!

This property is updated and very clean. The location is great because you have a wonderful view of the pool as well as the beach. The Vacation Company/property manager was wonderful to work with.

This is our second time here at this unit so it was very familiar to us....well maintained and best of all is the beautiful view from the balcony with the pool and ocean....have a "front row seat " for the sunrise which is unbelievable!!...we had a very enjoyable stay and hope to be back again!

Totally relaxing vacation in a spacious, comfortable, clean unit in a very well managed and beautiful resort community. Enjoy the morning sunrise over the ocean from your balcony. Onsite biking, walking, beach, pickleball, golf , kayaking. Several very good restaurants nearby. Disappointed that we only booked a 4 day stay. Highly recommended.

The condo was absolutely perfect. We have been staying in Windsor for 20+ years and this is a fantastic property. The kitchen is well-stocked and the balcony is perfect for evening dinners. We enjoyed everything about it. I recommend choosing this property.

This condo was clean, spacious and at a great location. Located right at the beach, we were walking on sand in just a few minutes! And Palmetto Dunes is a lovely area. Lots of biking/walking paths. Also, there’s a great general store that has a little bit of everything. We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The unit was clean and updated. The only item we experienced was renovation of 2 other units during 9 to 5 hours for 2 days. Tiffany was especially helpful by checking on the noisy unit and confirmed they did not have a permit. Pounding stopped that day! The check in and out process was most efficient. The main tip here is to keep the door code on you for a few days! We will be back next year!

We were very pleased with the facility in general-great view of the pool and ocean, comfortable bed and couches, adequate kitchen equipment, and a wonderful deck on which to eat and relax. When we arrived at 4:30, the cleaning inspector was still there! That was the only negative about the condo----there was grit on the kitchen floor, so we ended up scrubbing the entire kitchen floor and bathroom. I think for the price we paid, the unit should have been "squeaky" clean!
