Located on the 2nd fairway of the famous Harbour Town Golf Links, this 3-bed, 3-bath Muirfield townhouse is perfect for golf groups or families. The open living area offers plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. Just off the dining area is the Carolina Room which offers stunning views of the golf course. Access your private deck from the Carolina Room or the living room! Enjoy your morning coffee while watching golfers take on the challenge of a world-renowned golf course!

Also located on the first floor are 2 bedrooms each outfitted with king beds and private bathrooms. Upstairs is the 3rd bedroom which is outfitted with two queen beds and a private bath. This wonderful villa is a quick walk to the amenities of Sea Pines Center and Harbour Town. You can also enjoy a Sea Pines Trolley ride to the new Sea Pines Beach Club and enjoy a day at the beach, fine dining and have a cocktail while taking in the stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Wish we lived closer
We love any chance to visit this beautiful home. It’s so welcoming and calming. Our family has everything we need to make ourselves comfortable and to feel at home. The location is ideal for us; there’s something appealing for every generation nearby. It’s the perfect combination of a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance of so many things we enjoy. The place suited our needs for a vacation very well. The upstairs was great for my Daughter, her Husband and my 1 year old grandson. Just a couple minor things. The bath mats in the bedroom with the ceiling fan, were very stained and dirty. I put them both off to the side to avoid them. The shower doors were streaked and cloudy. Could use a good cleaning. But that will not keep us from renting again here. We loved the place.

Spacious, Well Stocked and Great Location!
You can't beat this location - quiet street within walking distance of Harbor Town and Sea Pines Center. The neighbors - full time residents - were so nice and helpful. Nice deck and sitting area overlooking the golf course was wonderful. The interior of the condo was clean and very roomy, and the kitchen had just about everything you would need. One downstairs bathroom could use some updating, but the rest of the condo is very nice. We loved it that beach towels and some beach chairs were included with the rental! Unless we need a four-bedroom unit next year, we will definitely book 34 Muirfield for our 2024 vacation.

We really enjoyed the condo. It had plenty of space for us to spread out. The condo had everything needed. Loved the view out back. The only negative, was one of th beds downstairs was extremely hard, we couldn’t even sleep on it, and I usually like a hard bed. Other than that, we loved it!

We had such a wonderful time this summer at Muirfield property. Comfort, cleanliness and most of all the layout of this place worked great for us. Our two daughters brought their friends with them. Second floor bedroom was huge, it was a perfect space for teens and gave us our needed separation. The space was big enough for our large group. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Sunroom was beautiful at sunsets! Great views of golf course and an amazing huge tree right outside the window. The price was right for this place too. So we were very happy all around!

This was our second stay at 34 Muirfield. The last time we stayed here, they were redoing the fairways, so the view wasn’t what we had hoped for. But that made this trip that much more enjoyable! This is a beautiful home, so spacious and well laid out. Lots of separation for different families. Beds and pillows were all great. My favorite spot is the sun porch, and since I wasn’t feeling great a couple of days, it became my station of choice. The kitchen if outfitted with everything you need in the way of utensils, pots, pans, etc. Families who intend to eat in should be aware that, unlike many properties, there are absolutely no stock ingredients on hand, (salt, pepper, sugar, etc) so you’ll need to buy everything, or bring it from home. We had a couple of minor issues, and to each The Vacation Company responded promptly with the fix. They were easy to deal with, beginning to end!

Please don’t hesitate to contact us while you are here for any issues you might encounter as we would have been more than happy to send one of the property managers over to address the ignitor for the grill as well as show you how to use the stove and oven. Unfortunately we were not aware that there would be power washing done during your stay and I apologize for the inconvenience. The company that handles the common areas and landscaping must have scheduled that without letting the property management companies know in advance. Unfortunately we were not aware that there would be power washing done during your stay and I apologize for the inconvenience. The company that handles the common areas and landscaping must have scheduled that without letting the property management companies know in advance. Project-Phase 1 shifts to mid-August

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. (January 14, 2026) Marinex Construction will begin mobilizing at Fish Haul Beach Park as part of the Town of Hilton Head Island’s beach renourishment project in mid-August. Marinex updated the new start date due to adverse weather and marine conditions affecting the transfer of materials and equipment from a site off the Florida Atlantic coast.

Originally, Marinex was scheduled to start construction at Fish Haul Beach Park off Mitchelville Road on Aug. 6. Instead, mobilization is now scheduled to take place from about Aug. 13 to Sept. 1. Active beach renourishment construction is anticipated to start during the week of Sept. 2 and be completed by the week of Sept. 15 at Fish Haul. It is anticipated that Fish Haul Beach will be closed to the public for approximately five days in early September when the beach fill begins.

This is a 24/7 project.

Despite this temporary delay, survey and pre-construction activities are ongoing, and the project team remains on track to complete the renourishment work in accordance with the contract schedule windows. "As with any project of this magnitude, we anticipate that changes may arise due to various factors. We encourage the public to stay connected with us through social media and our website for any updates regarding the beach renourishment project," said Jeff Netzinger, Director of Engineering and Public Projects for the Town.

The beach renourishment project will occur in three phases, with an anticipated completion date of May 2026. The new anticipated schedule is as follows:

  • Phase 1 - Port Royal (the Heel), Fish Haul and Pine Island
    • Complete - Contractor mobilizes in August 2025.
    • Complete - Weeks of August 13, 2025 thru September 17, 2025 - Fish Haul area
    • Complete - Weeks of September 18, 2025 thru October 10, 2025 - Pine Island
    • Complete - Weeks of October 11, 2025 thru October 17, 2025 - Port Royal (The Heel)
  • Phase 2 - Central Island, South Island and South Beach
    • Weeks of December 11, 2025 thru March 28, 2026 - Central Island, including beach areas along Palmetto Dunes
    • Weeks of March 28, 2026 thru May 31, 2026 - South Island and South Beach areas .
  • Phase 3 - Pine Island Breakwater Structures
    • Weeks of November 1, 2025 thru April 30, 2026

Beach renourishment is a moving work zone that typically progresses at about 1,000 feet per section-just 2% of the Island’s total beach area. On average, only 300 feet of beach will be impacted per day. Temporary beach access ramps and clear signage will help direct beachgoers safely around active work areas to open areas of the beach. As soon as an active site is completed, the equipment will move down the beach and the newly renourished section will open.

Special protection has been made for wildlife that may be impacted because of the project. All work will be supervised by consultant teams under contract to monitor sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Additionally, per a requirement of the beach renourishment permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), the Town amended its municipal code to restrict animal/dog activity in an area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek beach park. This requirement protects endangered shorebird species that migrate and nest there. Signage is posted and no other beach areas will be affected. Dogs are still allowed per the Town’s seasonal rules – only a small section of the creek area adjacent to the beach park is restricted.

Marinex Construction, Inc., the contractor for the project, began mobilizing equipment this month in preparation for the work. This includes positioning their offshore barges and staging miles of steel pipes to pump sand from ocean shoals back to beaches. Crews will be working around the clock daily.

The beach renourishment process helps to:

  • Preserve a healthy shoreline ecosystem for wildlife such as sea turtles and shorebirds.
  • Protect beachfront properties and infrastructure from storms.
  • Provide wider, more enjoyable beaches for residents and visitors alike.
