Overlooking the 10th tee of Harbour Town Golf Links, this beautifully decorated home features three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Take a short stroll to the Sea Pines Racquet Club, the Harbour Town Clubhouse, and the Harbour Town Yacht Basin. Stay in and enjoy the poolside views of the golf course from the living room, private den, and two of the master suites. Just off the living room is access to your private pool area with a gas grill. This home features the best Sea Pines has to offer.

We loved our stay and would definitely come back. The pool was wonderful to have. It felt private in the back and was a beautiful view of golf course with tons of nature to watch too. The hosts offered tons of helpful info through a website, and the neighborhood was great. Could easily walk or bike to Harbor Town area. We loved the bikes and beach wagon provided too! House was very comfortable and well stocked with kitchen needs and towels (including large beach towels), and large easy-to-use TVs. We used the Sea Pines Club beach access and it was an easy 7 min drive or 10ish minute bike ride. Can’t wait to come back!

Great Location, clean and perfect for a family!
We loved our stay here, our third year at Hilton Head in sea pines and this is the best property we’ve stayed in so far! Family of 4 + grandparents and plenty of space for everyone. We loved our trip, the pool and view was lovely, the house was spacious and clean and the location is top notch. Rode to harbor town every night!

August 2019 Stay
This was truly the nicest place we've stayed at in Sea Pines in over 20 years. The house was in excellent condition with a great new kitchen and open floor plan. It was very nicely decorated throughout. We also loved the outdoor patio and private pool with a great view of the golf course. So relaxing and the location was perfect! We plan on staying there the next time we go to Sea Pines.

Overall I was very pleased with our stay. Location wise it was in close proximity to all of the attractions within Sea Pines, and being an avid golfer it was nice to be right on Harbour Town Golf Links. My only complaint would be how warm the upstairs rooms were with them rarely getting below 75° for the duration of our stay, though we had plenty of fans to keep them comfortable. All in all very happy with our stay.

This was the perfect spot for our family to stay for the long weekend! Clean, easy in and out, bikes, and easy access to all the great harbor town amenities. Not to mention, the pool overlooking the tenth hole is unbeatable!

A Hidden Gem
Three of us (two adults, one teen) found this place a perfect home away from home for a last week of summer getaway to Hilton Head. The property is a Goldilocks... Just the right size (you might fit one or two more in, but perfect amount of space for us), the right amenities (the pool was amazingly warm and fairly private given the neighborhood), the right location (right next to Harbortown Clubhouse, down the street from the harbor itself). The inside is quite modern in appearance, huge laundry room, and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment for a rental. AC kept up with August heat and humidity, and the showers were hot! The provided bikes and available beach equipment (through rental office) were convenient and enjoyable too. Had one issue that came up late in the week, and the Vacation Company management were all over it quickly even during off hours. The value was really excellent for the price paid. We'd definitely look to stay here again if available!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property at 21 Windjammer Court! My family and I had a fabulous vacation over the 4th of July holiday. The property was stocked with everything you need during the week! The house was very very clean and well taken care of. My kids absolutely enjoyed the pool every day. The water was warm and we had pool cleaners come multiple times during our stay to make sure it was clean an lid chlorinated . The house is right on the 10th hole of Harbour Town so we had excellent views of the golfers as they tee’d off 😉 The location is incredible as you are just a few feet away from HarborTown where all the action is! We enjoyed the hikes they offered! We only needed to rent another one due to us needing the toddler seat on back. We took advantage of the washing machine and dryer so don’t pack too many clothes like we did! They had Pictionary and scrabble for us to play on the rainy Thursday- but we also brought more family games! The best part was watching the fireworks! It was just a short walk up to 18th hole to get the great views for the 4th of July! The Vacation Company was incredible to work with! We had to call a few times since the TV was sort of complicated to work due to it being high tech- and the portable ice machine they had didn’t work- so Pete from VC came over with ice! So thoughtful! We already booked the property for next year! You won’t be disappointed!

The house was very clean, spacious and suited our family very well. The amenities were great and easy to navigate. We love Harbour Town, so the location was perfect. The golf course views were great while relaxing by the pool! We called the first day as the pool light was blown and the turnaround time to repair was excellent with friendly service. A Beautiful Home!
We really enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head Island from the UK, but especially our stay at this beautiful home. The neighbourhood was peaceful and the house was very clean and beautifully presented. The kitchen and laundry area contained everything that we could possibly need and totally exceeded our expectations. The en suite bedrooms were all of a very good size and were extremely well appointed. The 70” television in the spacious living area was a much appreciated bonus for the children. The pool deck was spacious and the view of the golf course was beautiful. A quick skim of the pool surface with the net provided removes the pine straw that does accumulate, but we were expecting this as the property is surrounded by stunning native pine trees and it was certainly not a problem for us. The house is perfectly situated within very easy walking distance of Harbour Town and the Sea Pines Racquet Club, which we visited daily. Golfers will love the situation of the home overlooking the 10th tee of the famous Harbour Town Golf Links. We also enjoyed cycling to the Sea Pines Centre (a local shopping centre), the Sea Pines Beach Club (with a lovely restaurant, café and beach facilities) and to South Beach, which is home to the famous Salty Dog Café. The supermarkets are also a very short drive away. The Management Company were very helpful, from our first telephone contact with them, through the booking process to our final check out and everything ran very smoothly. A Beautiful Home!
We really enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head Island from the UK, but especially our stay at this beautiful home. The neighbourhood was peaceful and the house was very clean and beautifully presented. The kitchen and laundry area contained everything that we could possibly need and totally exceeded our expectations. The en suite bedrooms were all of a very good size and were extremely well appointed. The 70” television in the spacious living area was a much appreciated bonus for the children. The pool deck was spacious and the view of the golf course was beautiful. A quick skim of the pool surface with the net provided removes the pine straw that does accumulate, but we were expecting this as the property is surrounded by stunning native pine trees and it was certainly not a problem for us. The house is perfectly situated within very easy walking distance of Harbour Town and the Sea Pines Racquet Club, which we visited daily. Golfers will love the situation of the home overlooking the 10th tee of the famous Harbour Town Golf Links. We also enjoyed cycling to the Sea Pines Centre (a local shopping centre), the Sea Pines Beach Club (with a lovely restaurant, café and beach facilities) and to South Beach, which is home to the famous Salty Dog Café. The supermarkets are also a very short drive away. The Management Company were very helpful, from our first telephone contact with them, through the booking process to our final check out and everything ran very smoothly. We would not hesitate in recommending this beautiful home and we cannot wait to return.

What an amazing stay we had! This property is located in the heart of Sea Pines. It is a short walk to Harbor Town and central to everything Sea Pines has to offer. The property is located steps from the Links clubhouse and within biking distance of SO many things. We have five children (ages 9-15) and each one thoroughly enjoyed every minute of their stay here. The home is a perfect fit for a family. The pool and pool deck were ideal. Everything in the home is new and updated and incredibly clean. We were sad to leave and look forward to returning in the near future!

Project-Phase 1 shifts to mid-August

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. (January 14, 2026) Marinex Construction will begin mobilizing at Fish Haul Beach Park as part of the Town of Hilton Head Island’s beach renourishment project in mid-August. Marinex updated the new start date due to adverse weather and marine conditions affecting the transfer of materials and equipment from a site off the Florida Atlantic coast.

Originally, Marinex was scheduled to start construction at Fish Haul Beach Park off Mitchelville Road on Aug. 6. Instead, mobilization is now scheduled to take place from about Aug. 13 to Sept. 1. Active beach renourishment construction is anticipated to start during the week of Sept. 2 and be completed by the week of Sept. 15 at Fish Haul. It is anticipated that Fish Haul Beach will be closed to the public for approximately five days in early September when the beach fill begins.

This is a 24/7 project.

Despite this temporary delay, survey and pre-construction activities are ongoing, and the project team remains on track to complete the renourishment work in accordance with the contract schedule windows. "As with any project of this magnitude, we anticipate that changes may arise due to various factors. We encourage the public to stay connected with us through social media and our website for any updates regarding the beach renourishment project," said Jeff Netzinger, Director of Engineering and Public Projects for the Town.

The beach renourishment project will occur in three phases, with an anticipated completion date of May 2026. The new anticipated schedule is as follows:

  • Phase 1 - Port Royal (the Heel), Fish Haul and Pine Island
    • Complete - Contractor mobilizes in August 2025.
    • Complete - Weeks of August 13, 2025 thru September 17, 2025 - Fish Haul area
    • Complete - Weeks of September 18, 2025 thru October 10, 2025 - Pine Island
    • Complete - Weeks of October 11, 2025 thru October 17, 2025 - Port Royal (The Heel)
  • Phase 2 - Central Island, South Island and South Beach
    • Weeks of December 11, 2025 thru March 28, 2026 - Central Island, including beach areas along Palmetto Dunes
    • Weeks of March 28, 2026 thru May 31, 2026 - South Island and South Beach areas .
  • Phase 3 - Pine Island Breakwater Structures
    • Weeks of November 1, 2025 thru April 30, 2026

“It’s a priority to preserve, protect and cherish our beaches – one of our greatest assets. Our Island depends on their ongoing vitality. The Town’s role is to carry out the community’s collective dedication to this environmental core value through our investment in restoration and maintenance,” said Mayor Alan Perry. “And fortunately, due to the foresight of Town leaders before us and thanks to our millions of visitors, this project is funded through our beach preservation fund and capital improvement program.”


Beach renourishment is a moving work zone that typically progresses at about 1,000 feet per section-just 2% of the Island’s total beach area. On average, only 300 feet of beach will be impacted per day. Temporary beach access ramps and clear signage will help direct beachgoers safely around active work areas to open areas of the beach. As soon as an active site is completed, the equipment will move down the beach and the newly renourished section will open.

Special protection has been made for wildlife that may be impacted because of the project. All work will be supervised by consultant teams under contract to monitor sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Additionally, per a requirement of the beach renourishment permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), the Town amended its municipal code to restrict animal/dog activity in an area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek beach park. This requirement protects endangered shorebird species that migrate and nest there. Signage is posted and no other beach areas will be affected. Dogs are still allowed per the Town’s seasonal rules – only a small section of the creek area adjacent to the beach park is restricted.

Marinex Construction, Inc., the contractor for the project, began mobilizing equipment this month in preparation for the work. This includes positioning their offshore barges and staging miles of steel pipes to pump sand from ocean shoals back to beaches. Crews will be working around the clock daily.

The beach renourishment process helps to:

  • Preserve a healthy shoreline ecosystem for wildlife such as sea turtles and shorebirds.
  • Protect beachfront properties and infrastructure from storms.
  • Provide wider, more enjoyable beaches for residents and visitors alike.
