SeaCrest Oceanfront Resort at Hilton Head

The SeaCrest is located across the street from Coligny Plaza in North Forest Beach. Our SeaCrest villas in Hilton Head feature two large on-site outdoor pools, an outdoor hot tub, a kiddie pool, a poolside bar, and a private boardwalk to the beach. Also within the SeaCrest resort are a fitness center, conference rooms, indoor heated resistance pool and spa, and elevator access from the ground floor parking garage. Located within walking distance are seasonal live entertainment, children’s programs, Coligny theater, boardwalk shopping, beach volleyball, and endless paved bike trails. The Seacrest's amenities and prime location are hard to beat. *The indoor pool is heated year-round. The oceanfront pool is heated during March and April. *Dates are subject to change. Please note: Electric bikes and other electric-powered products, such as scooters & hoverboards, are prohibited on the SeaCrest property.

*** Construction Update*** [04.12.2025]

• Outdoor Spa—Resurfacing and retiling are in progress. The outdoor spa will be closed until further notice. The expected completion date for repairs is the end of April; however, to properly cure the area, it needs 30 days. It is not expected to open until the end of May, at the earliest. 

• All other construction has been completed, and the lagoons have been filled!
