Property was lovely. Right on the beach. Walking distance to grocery, restaurants, multiple Ice cream shops and shopping. Very clean and had all the comforts of home. Management had excellent communication.

Perfect location and lovely property! Just as described. We loved the layout and natural light. Thanks for having an iron and ironing board. We booked family photos on the beach and the iron was needed for the outfits. The credit for equipment rental saved us space in our car. Unfortunately the credit could only be used in one of the rental categories so we had to choose between beach equipment or the pack in play. That was a bummer because the credit amount would’ve covered everything we needed. If you’re looking for suggestions to improve, I’d recommend giving the baseboards and area where the floor meets the wall a good cleaning. The sinks in the MB drained a little sluggish. Having a washcloth for each guest would be great too. All minor stuff. Will definitely stay again.

Location super close to Coligny Plaza as well as the beach. Condo very clean and well equipped though we only ate breakfast there. Only minor complaint would be the bed/pillow situation but that may just be our taste. Balcony is also quite small but functional. Overall would definitely recommend!!

Like others had stated in reviews, we struggled locating our unit, but once we found it we couldn’t believe how spacious it was and the incredible views of the water. We loved the close walk to the beach and the availability of restaurants and shops nearby. We hope to return soon!

Great location with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the beach. The 1 bedroom villa was spacious, comfortable and clean. Having a full kitchen stocked, plus the washer and dryer in the room was extremely convenient. The property was cleaned daily inside and out. Staff did a great job. The Vacation Company did an exceptional job with communicating all information prior to our stay and during the week as well.

The condo was extremely well situated. It is on the beach and this unit has a lovely view of the ocean from the living room windows as well as the small balcony. It is amazing to be able to walk onto an expansive and beautiful beach. And there are two pools and a bar/restaurant on the property. Parking in the garage was convenient and easy. The Coligny plaza across the street is a short walk and has restaurants, shops, a small super market. The condo is clean and well maintained. Check in and out was easy as was renting beach chairs and a boogie board. The pools are large and well maintained. There is also a small gym on property Overall an easy stay. Lots to do in Hilton Head and Savannah which is about an hour drive.

We decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary in Hilton Head this year and needed a place with a great location with a wonderful view. Luckily we stumbled on this property and had a wonderful time. The location had everything we needed for us for our stay. When we arrived, the directions were clear and helpful. Security to the building was great and it felt safe the entire time. We also were greeted with a lovely note and bottle of champagne for our special day. It was very clean and accommodating. The access to the beach was very close and we made use of the attached bar, Pool Bar Jim's. We will 100% try and rent this place again next time we are planning a trip to the area. Thank you so much for a great place to stay and for accommodating us!

Love staying at this location. Plenty of restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. Condo is in great shape with a good pool area and tiki bar. Our condo was clean, updated, etc. Bed was comfortable.

We had a great experience! My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon and the staff left us a complimentary bottle of champagne and a card; which was so thoughtful. Hurricane Ian was projected to hit during our stay and management came and talked to us to ensure we had everything we needed & to make sure we didn’t need help bringing in our patio furniture. Definitely recommend for your next trip to HHI!

Had stayed at Seacrest before but this was the best. Great view, clean, and quiet. Parked when we got there and drove no more till leaving. Plaza directly across street from stay is groceries, restaurants, and shops one can need.

This rental was spacious and clean. It was well furnished/appointed (just one complaint- the blender does not work and needs to be replaced). The location was great, close to restaurants and shopping and right on the beach! Nice beach view from the balcony, too. We enjoyed our stay.

We were very happy with this property. Vacation Company was VERY prompt with everything. Housekeeping notified them of items needed to be fixed prior to our arrival and VC sent someone over immediately. Had issue with TV in master midweek and it was fixed within 1/2 hour. Condo had everything we needed plus! Ocean View was great. Condo close/walkable to Coligny, restaurants etc. Would not hesitate to use VC or rent here again!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our week (July 23-30) at 2407 Seacrest!! The villa is very spacious, clean, and has stunning views! We loved the location and enjoyed being across the street from popular Coligny Plaza! Only problem was that our vacation had to come to an end! :)

We had a great time in Hilton Head again this year (3rd year in a row). For the past two years we have stayed in units at Seacrest. This unit was the better of the two for comfort and cleanliness. We really enjoyed the stay. Also, appreciated it when the property management supplied beach towels - only thing missing in the unit. We had great weather for golf and lots of good food. Being right next store to the Coligny plaza makes everything so convenient as well. We'd definitely book this unit again for our next trip.
