This property is a gem! Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. Coligny Plaza is across the street. This location couldn't be more convenient! Great location for families. The condo was perfect for us. Looking forward to staying here next year.

Great property. Lots of space. Plenty of dishes/glassware. Would greatly benefit from some ceiling or oscillating fans for the bedrooms. Great location. Had a wonderful time :)

We loved our stay! The property was exactly as pictured and so comfortable. The balcony views were lovely for the mornings and the overall property, pool, Pool Bar Jims, and Coligny Plaza across the street was excellent. We will certainly return.

Loved the condo, the view, and most especially the location which is right in the center of Coligny, with a lot going on as far as food and entertainment options. Beach and pool were great too, as is Pool Bar Jim's!

My husband and I took our 5 year old son and 19 month old daughter here for our last off-season vacation before our son starts kindergarten next year. We had heard great things about Coligny and Hilton Head in general. We had a great time! The location is great.. we didn't get back into our car once we arrived. We walked for dinner, coffee, shopping, drinks, and even to the park with the pirate ship which the kids loved! We took a wagon which made getting out very easy. The pools were nice.. we loved the baby pool for our daughter who is very independent and doesn't love being held in the deeper pool. Pool Bar Jim's made awesome food and drinks for us to enjoy while the kids played. The property was clean and had plenty of room for toys and everything we needed to keep everyone happy. The property managers were prompt in helping us - we had one small issue with the door and they had to bring us our parking passes after we checked in. Both issues were taken care of quickly. The only thing we didn't like about the property was the gym. It definitely needs some updating and some free weights. Also, the signing is a little confusing too about which building is which but we really enjoyed the location and would love to come back. Such a great time. Thanks for having us!
