This house is right on the beach path and a short walk to the beach. The layout was perfect for us and our 2 daughters with their young families. The photos don't do justice to the ample size of the kitchen. It was the one concern we had in choosing this rental home. But it was a good size and had more than enough storage space and was well stocked. Lots of games and activities for the whole family. The Vacation Company was very responsive and we appreciated the little extras provided by them. Would really encourage taking advantage of the SERG meal delivery program. It is a perfect alternative to pizza take out on your arrival day.

We stayed in this house as a large family. There were 10 adults and 4 young children. It was great! The pictures are a pretty accurate depiction of the reality. The bedrooms were perfect for our situation. The place was big and clean and well equipped for us. There were TVs in all rooms and plenty of seating, chairs, tables, etc both inside and out. The kitchen was great with plenty of dishes. It was nice to also have a duel keurig, roaster, crock pot, popcorn maker and 2 refrigerators. The pool was good and there were some pool floats in the garage, which was nice. The house is right beside the beach path, but we didn't notice much people traffic because there are trees to separate the back yard of the house from the path. The beach is a 2 to 3 min walk from the house... 2 min if walking without toddlers or beach gear and closer to 3 min with kids in hand. The owners made the house very renter friendly with all of the accommodations. We truly appreciated that. We would stay in this home again, 100% !!!!

This house met all of the needs for my wife and I and my daughter and son's families. Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful neighborhood and is located near all of the main attractions. Our house was right next to the walking path to the beach.

Having the beach access trail just outside the back door was fantastic. The labeling of lights and in the kitchen was helpful. Hoping we can come back in the future!

What a great find ... and pleasant surprise! We booked this house with another family for a Spring getaway. The few steps from the backyard to the beach path is closer than I thought (no more than 2 minutes to be setting up on the beach), which meant that we spent more time on the beach that we anticipated! Big win for our family! We had no idea that it was upgraded after we booked, so when we walked in, we were all so excited! The kids loved the bunk rooms, and two primary bedrooms when splitting the house with another family is rare and helped with room assignments. If you know, you know! ;-) We enjoyed family game night both indoors and outdoor on the covered porch! Having access to the bikes for a quick run to the store or to check out Palmetto Dunes was very much appreciated! Great week! If you are looking for amazing location, amazing house, and an amazing time, this is it! We all agreed ... same time, same place next year!

Our family had a wonderful long stay here. We loved the location, the beach path is next to the house and the beach is beautiful. The pool was heated and we used it many times every single day. The weather was the best we have ever had and this is our 6th year visiting Hilton Head. Everything was as described, we have no complaints. We love that we were allowed to bring our dog and that there was a cute bag or treats for him. He loved the beach and made new friends. Be sure to rent bikes and explore, we biked to Shelter Cove, through Sea Pines, and Pinckney Wildlife Refuge. So many delicious restaurants to try, our favorites were Fish Camp, Dock Side, The Old Oyster Factory, and the Poseidon.

The screened-in porch was perfect for breakfast or evening cocktails. The house has been newly updated and we appreciated all the finishing touches. My kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen was well appointed and we appreciated the labeling of light switches and cabinets. The pool was refreshing and a great size for our family. We loved that the Vacation Company provided beach towels and bikes. Also loved the sweet note from the owners and the gift.

The house was perfect for our family of college boys, grandma and our dog! Everyone had their own bed and bath and having 2 master suites on the first floor was perfect for grandma and us. The best part is the proximity to the beach access right through the yard to the walkway to the gorgeous sprawling beach and ocean! The backyard and pool were wonderful for hanging out and outdoor grilling. Having the bikes is a treat to ride on the beach and through the lovely neighborhood. This vacation home met every need for us to have a wonderful relaxing week at the beach!

Fabulous Stay! We were nervous having been told the new owners were doing a facelift and renovations to the home..... The place was awesome and incredibly well equipped. The location was perfect and a quick 2 minute walk to beach. We are excited to come back next year......

This was a great family vacation spot for us. Right off the path for beach access and The Vacation Company who manages the property were so helpful! The outside could use a bit more cleaning up and there are no spices but overall would recommend it!
