This unit is perfect for a family of four or five. Two queen beds and one room and one king bed and the other. It is steps away from the beach and a great restaurant called the dune house. You know it's very clean and only about 40 yards away from the community pool. Will stay here again. The rental agency's customer service was excellent.

We enjoyed the balcony, kitchen and beach accesssomeone used the stairs leading to the condo as a tobacco spit can. They looked like that the entire trip kind of turned your stomach.

Believe it or not, the unit is actually nicer than the pictures imply! My wife is extremely picky with where she says and she mentioned multiple times how nice the unit was during the week. Pre-arrival communication was top-notch, as was the day of arrival and day before checkout. All in all it was a great experience and we will be coming back to stay.

Overall a great stay! Wonderful location and was great beach towels were available. Books, puzzles, and games were also available which was nice as we had rain the first two days. Plenty of space. Only issue was people were staying above us and could hear them starting at 6am every morning. Also, there were palmetto bugs in the unit which management was prompt to take care of. Would recommend this property for others to stay.

The lower level unit was as listed. It was very close to the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and the beach - less than 5 minutes to either. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed to cook if desired. The only issue we had was not with the unit but with the bike rental company that was included in the rental. The bikes were delivered as expected on Saturday however the codes to remove the locks did not work. The company did not Turns out open until Monday - therefore we lost 2 days of biking. On top of that the bikes were in very poor condition - gears covered in sand and rusty. I would recommend renting and hope it is available for my next trip to Hilton Head.

Overall an amazing place to stay. Beach is just a short walk (although you need to bring all supplies - chairs/umbrella etc as none are provided), but easy enough to buy some. Loved the 2 separate bedroom/baths. A few basic items are provided to get started on an amazing week!

We have stayed in various units in The Moorings. This unit surpassed all others! The renovations were very well done. The welcome package, and cleanliness of the unit were both appreciated! One concern.. parking. In previous stays we parked under the unit. We were told by a the owner of the unit above us that parking was on a “ first come, first served” basis. Because of this, we were not able to park under the unit. All being said, however, this was the BEST unit in the Moorings that we have stayed in!! Can’t wait to return…

Very comfortable stay at 73 The Moorings. The villa was clean and the furniture, including the beds, were comfortable. The beach/ocean was a 2-minute walk. The bedrooms were separated by the common area kitchen and living room. Great experience again using the Vacation Company.

The condo I stayed in was amazing 73 Moorings , beautiful comfortable and modern also like new furnishings. The beach was a quick walk, love the patios off of each room. Very spacious will definatrly be back.

It is clear the owners are truly invested in making sure guests are as comfortable as possible to enjoy every moment of vacation time. We were very pleased with everything this property had to offer. The location was wonderful with easy access to the beach and other amenities. The resort credit was handy for bike rentals, although there are certainly other options. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The 51 Moorings was perfect for the relaxing vacation we needed. The property had all the amenities that are needed for a family with kids to relax and enjoy the vacation. Highly recommend this property for even families with Kids. We came here in December but we will plan again sometime in Summer too to enjoy the beach better.

This condo was nice. Very close to the beach and a quick walk to the Dunes House. It was nicely decorated and clean. Linens were great and it was nice having plenty of beach towels. We used the rental credit and rented bikes for the whole family. We didn’t need to use our car for the entire stay. Kitchen had most everything we needed, except for a cheese grater. The master bed and pull out couch weren’t the most comfortable, but other than that, it was a great stay.

Nice condominium with great location. Short walk to the beach (maybe 5 minutes). The bikes and chairs we rented with our credit were great! Our only complaint was that although we thought we had parking under our condo, the neighbor ( who was an owner) parked there as soon as we went to go get groceries. Super location and condo was well equipped.

Our family of three enjoyed staying in this property. It was just a few steps from the beach and from the pool which was amazing. We were able to ride our bikes or walk to the general store. Three bathrooms in this property, and plenty of sleeping space. We felt comfortable and right at home. We always stay in Palmetto Dunes but this was the first time in this section. Definitely recommend. If this is your first time you must try Hilton head social bakery, Big Jim’s, and our new favorite restaurant, Nectar .

The balconies were actually bigger than they appear in the pictures. 1 of the balconies had a table & 4 chairs. We enjoyed several meals outside. Very nice & well maintained pool area. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat. We rented through The Vacation Company. Excellent communication! We also used the $250 beach gear credit from Vayk Gear Bikes were there when we arrived. We had an issue w 1 of the bikes. We called them & they came & swap it out np. Excellent communication as well. A great stay in the Moorings at Palmetto Dunes.
