Description

First floor, 2-bed, and 3-bath villa; and only a minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean. This villa features an open living room, a queen sleeper sofa, a dining area, and 2 separate decks. The kitchen table has seating for four with four handy stools at the large breakfast bar. The bright king master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds and a full bathroom. Each bedroom has access to separate decks that also share access from the living room. The third full bathroom, located off the kitchen, is also where you will find the washer and dryer.

Enjoy the sun at the on-site swimming pool, or walk easily to the beach. You won't be able to beat the proximity to all the great Palmetto Dunes amenities such as golf, tennis, kayaking in the vast lagoon system, and miles of bike paths. Shelter Cove Towne Centre is also convenient where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and seasonal live outdoor entertainment.

* DECK PROJECT to begin with Building 1 and proceed sequentially through Building 12. The tentative project date is November 2, 2026 through April 24, 2027. At this time, we estimate that each building will take approximately two weeks to complete. (73 Moorings is Building 10)

Great location

We were very pleased with this unit. The check-in process was easy and the unit was very spacious. The extra full bath was very helpful. Loved having the beach towels available and the beach credit went a long way. It was a quick five minute walk to the beach and super close to the Pickleball courts and country store. Really enjoyed our food from Big Jims.

Great Find Steps from the Beach

We had a “regular” place we liked to stay just down the beach a few spots, but the price kept increasing. So, I found this gem this year for half the cost. Yet, somehow, we upgraded to a third bathroom and a “guest” room that is actually a second master with its own balcony (2 balconies total). The condo was very comfortably furnished and provided everything we needed, including tons of drawer/storage space, clothes baskets, extra linens, washer/dryer, coffee pot AND Keurig, etc. (I do not cook at the beach, but the kitchen provided what we needed for the week.) There is even a little carport under the unit. The beach access was a very, very short walk from the unit, and the pool was just around the corner. The Dunes House is also right there, which is a fun bonus. And the Dunes Buggy picks up and drops off at the Dunes House, which is super convenient. The only complaint we had was that the upstairs neighbors were very noisy…but it’s hard to say whether that was poor noise insulation or unthinking neighbors. We would absolutely stay here again and again.

Perfectly Close to the Beach

This unit is perfect for a family of four or five. Two queen beds and one room and one king bed and the other. It is steps away from the beach and a great restaurant called the dune house. You know it's very clean and only about 40 yards away from the community pool. Will stay here again. The rental agency's customer service was excellent.

Great Location

Very comfortable stay at 73 The Moorings. The villa was clean and the furniture, including the beds, were comfortable. The beach/ocean was a 2-minute walk. The bedrooms were separated by the common area kitchen and living room. Great experience again using the Vacation Company.

Aesthetically pleasing!

We loved the proximity to the beach and the interior was decorated in an aesthetically pleasing beachy theme! We would definitely stay in this unit again as well as rent another property from your company. See you next year!

Property was perfect!

Great Beach Location and Super Clean

The condo I stayed in was amazing 73 Moorings , beautiful comfortable and modern also like new furnishings. The beach was a quick walk, love the patios off of each room. Very spacious will definatrly be back.

Quick walk to Beach!

This was our second time staying at 73 Moorings and it was even better the second time. It is clear the owners are truly invested in making sure guests are as comfortable as possible to enjoy every moment of vacation time. I wish I could come up with a piece of constructive feedback for improvement, but just not possible. Everything was perfect! Thank you!
