4 Sea Hawk

The house was clean, great location. Kitchen had some pans but not many. The house is comfortable. Close to beach access and great that it was a private access. Far enough away from other people that we could enjoy the beach. The previous week, the freezer wasn't working. There was a loaner freezer in the dining area on arrival. Vacation Co also gave us 2 bags of ice. Repairman came during our stay and repaired the freezer. Pool was clean and was cleaned while we were there. Downside was the sand on the children's bedspreads (Bunk beds) and mud tracked around pool deck and up the steps to porch. Additionally, grandchild was hit in the forehead by fan from top bunk. The room needs to be refigured or fan disengaged. Also, air conditioner dripped on sleeping vacationers in 1 of the rooms. Vacation Co. was helpful and quick to respond.

I will say we had a great time this week despite some major flaws with this house. The Vacation Company was quick to resolve issues that we had, but they can only put so many bandaids on this house. The AC struggles in hot weather (They did send someone out when we called late at night and it helped immensely) but if people were in and out at all, the temp quickly hung around 78 and wouldn’t drop until late at night. There are leaky ceilings from ac condensation and loose floorboards. All said, the location of this house can’t be beat. We love the private beach access and all the space that provides on the sand. The pool area was also great. It was spacious and deep and had ample seating and shade. If you can overlook the flaws or aren’t looking for luxury, this house is fine. I would not rent again from this particular house, but I would rent from vacation company a thousand times over.

We stayed in this same home 12 years ago. Not much has changed regarding updates since our last stay. It is clearly evident. The indoor refrigeration is lack luster (won’t keep things frozen so much so they brought in a deep freezer), the HVAC is extremely poor and in awful condition (it is 82 at this time in the home) and this is after calling and HVAC came. They said the unit needs to be replaced and left. The interior flooring is in awful condition, the beam support of the home is questionable. We’ve had consistent issues with the pool pump running as designed (and we personally have an in ground pool at our home - we are not beginners to pool ownership) This home is in need of MAJOR repairs. It’s clear they are doing the bare minimum to keep it rented. For what we paid for this home, I expect much a much better experience. While the location is stellar proximity to the beach, that’s really all it has in regards to perks!

4 Sea Hawk worked perfect for our group of eight (2 families of 4). The pool was a big hit with the kids, and adults. The beach is a very short walk to the end of the street. It was about 1-2 minutes to be on the beach. When booking this home, I was a little worried that we would be too far from the Coligny center. That was not the case at all. Coligny was only a 5 minute bike ride down the path. Overall, this home was great and exceeded our expectations. We would stay here again.

This property was fantastic and would highly recommend. The pool/spa area was great and the deck around the pool was extremely spacious. The indoor area was clean and very nice...also spacious. The beach was only a few houses away. Overall this was a great stay and the communication from the rental company was excellent.

The home could not have been more perfect for our family get away. I gifted my children this vacation for Christmas in lieu of a bunch of little gifts. We have been looking forward to the get away for months. When the time finally arrived this house was perfect ! The my children and granddaughter arrived over the course of several days and once everyone arrived there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect and I don’t think we drove anywhere in cars until we came home. Highly recommend

The house was great for our large family. Plenty of room. Bedrooms and baths were clean and just what we needed. Our only problems were the poolman was rather rude and i know that has nothing to do with the owner of the property but was off-putting. The dryer did not get clothes dry but the property manager assured me that would be looked at by an appliance company unfortunately the week of our stay it did not get fixed. The house and location were wonderful and anyone would enjoy their time there.

Our family had a great week at 4 Sea Hawk. The house is comfortable and is nicely stocked for anything you could need. The proximity to the beach is very convenient and it is also close enough to walk/bike to shops and dining .

The home is nice, cozy and well decorated with ample parking for four cars. We loved the pool but would have liked more chairs around the pool (only 4). The house indicates it sleeps 11 but that's a stretch. There is not enough dining room seating for larger families but we made it work. We had a few issues when we arrived, however Tiffany & crew from Vacation Co. were right on it! If you like a smaller, older home this will be for you.

4 Seahawk was the perfect place for us with my parents as well as our small children. Check-in was contactless and a breeze. The management group has a great website to manage everything for your stay and they were very quick to respond to any questions. The house itself is perfectly situated, a very, very short stroll to the beach through a private gate (be sure to ask for the gate code) as well biking/walking path that leads towards the main shops at Pope Ave. The bikes were nice to have on hand (ask for the code), as were beach towels. In the house, the furniture was clean and comfortable throughout, though the appliances could definitely use some updating. The kitchen has just about anything you'd need to cook a meal. We spent a ton of time on the patio. Wifi was fast enough to handle multiple people working remotely, and the Roku meant we could log into our streaming services to keep our kids entertained with their favorites. We'd certainly stay there again, especially with some new appliances. Overall, strong recommend.
