Beautiful place!

We had a wonderful time at 2 Sea Spray, beautiful house! Great access to the beach, lovely pool and hot tub.

Vacation Company staff was excellent but the property itself was lacking.

When we first arrived, coming through the front door, the first thing we noticed was to the right was a closet/door where the HVAC was housed. The inside and outside of the door was completely covered in dust and made the property just look dirty and unkept to start off. Our two year-old granddaughter was coming the next day and we realized that the front door being that it's a keypad to get in, on the inside...only had a knob. When she got there, all she had to do was pull the knob down and there she was staring at a whole flight of wooden steps. That was scary, as her doing exactly that was how we realized there was a problem. We took a wooden table by the door, propped it up against it with other things in front of it every night and every day to keep that from happening, then picking up some of her toys, we noticed under all of the furniture that did not have carpet so much dust and dirt was visible and things other people had lost. It was honestly rather disgusting and could've simply been picked up by something as easy as a swiffer if the vacuum couldn't fit underneath it the furniture. The outside of the house all along the deck and the pool deck wherever there was wood, there were quite a few nails/screws sticking up...enough to have seriously injured an adult or a child. The first one that we noticed was right outside the sliding glass door on the main level. It was fixed by one of the staff members who came right away after we called and pulled it out, which we were so grateful for. There were quite a few gaps in the boards of the deck, so it allowed nails/screws to come through and little feet could've easily gotten stuck in it or injured by it & really hurt the toddler. Most of the outside lights worked after a staff member came and reset the breaker, but there were a few landscape lights that never came on and would've been really pretty to have lit. Inside of the house the washer and dryer seem old and were very very loud while running and the beeping sounds the appliances made were too much. Just all around the house should have felt cleaner, looked cleaner and been cleaner. For the price of these homes, it needs a bit of interior design work as far as the furniture, etc. go. We prefer to stay better on vacation than we do at home, but we chose this home because it was one row back from the beach, was available on our dates, and was our first dealing with this company so we stayed in a much smaller home than we're used to and had a much smaller pool than we are used to. Whole that doesn't matter as much to us, the cleanliness and the safety do. I would like to reiterate that the Vacation company staff could not have been nicer. They were so helpful answered our calls and addressed our issues and couldn't have been more kind. We sincerely appreciate them.

Family vacation

My kids and grandkids came for a visit and I rented this house so everyone could be together and it was fantastic! Lots of room for everyone, a great pool and basically right on the beach! We had a couple minor maintenance issues but the response was literally immediate and John was great! Thanks for the memories!!!

The house was everything you said it would be. Well equipped, clean, pleasant house. The pool was cleaned 2x a week however 6:30am is a bit too early to be cleaning and blowing leaves around the pool

Beautiful! One minute walk to beach!

Wonderful week with our family! Brand new furniture on first floor and new remodeled kitchen with new cookware and dishes etc. We enjoyed the clean swimming pool and hot tub. Lots of patio area ! One minute walk to beach down a clear pathway. The beds were very comfortable and clean new bedding! We plan to vacation here again

Easy Breezy

This was an easy and enjoyable vacation! Great location for children to play and be free. Safe and quiet. We liked the relatively large pool and hot tub. The beach is an easy walk, and though the resort is next door, we could turn south and be crowd-free. Loved having four bikes provided, too.

Family Beach Vacation Dream Come True!

Great layout including 3 en-suite bedrooms ( master on balcony level) and fourth bunked bedroom for kids! Private pool and hot tub and steps to beach umbrellas or provided bikes! Only thing we would change and it is super minor is update on pool furniture! Loved the property!

CoVid getaway

Looked for a place to hang out with my family during the CoVid quarantine. House was perfect. Big open kitchen was a must since we cooked all of our meals. The new Hot tub was very popular. Very short walk to the beach. Quiet area at the end of North Forest Beach.

Great beach house and location

Great House with plenty of space. Pros: Comfortable family room, spacious kitchen, easy quick walk out to the beach, right next door to Sonesta resort, bikes on site (bonus). Cons: Slight musty smell upon arrival, but its the beach and that is common. We lit a candle and it was fine. Had a minor issue with TV but called office and issue resolved immediately, it was more user error (lol). It would be nice to have instructions for the jacuzzi control panel. Other than that great stay and I would recommend.
