The house was immaculate amd offered plenty of room for multiple families to share. Easy 3 minute walk to the beach and easy 3 minute walk to Coligny Plaza. Nice location for family with teens, with its proximity so close to the plaza. Thank you for a great trip!

Perfect accommodations for 5 couples. Large bedrooms with separate baths. Living/dining/kitchen area was spacious. Good parking. Great beach access.Our only concern was very steep entry steps that were difficult for elderly and young children.

The house was very very musty and moldy. Can’t get this smell out of many of our belongings. The outside door entering from the basement was covered in mold. Kitchen garbage can and where the kitchen sink meets the counter was moldy. Garages needed to be at least swept or blown out. The garage vents were covered with leaves, cleaning them might help with circulation. The pool deck needs to be replaced. A few boards were replaced but the whole thing needs to be demolished, rotting out and paint peeling off most of it. Window sills were not dusted, covered in dead bugs. Relatives, including myself, who slept in 3 of the 4 king beds complained about the beds. It was so sunken in, I felt like I was sleeping in a canoe. After a couple nights, my brother-in-law could barely bend over because his back was killing him from the bed. These old, old mattresses need to be replaced, I can honestly say I have never slept on a more horrible mattress. Carpet in my bedroom was filthy. I took many pictures to support my complaints. The only reason I didn’t give it 1 star is because of its location which is a 5 star. This is the first bad review I have given someone, but I believe renters need to know that this isn’t a 5 star place like I was lead to believe. I always rely on reviews when booking my vacations. Vacation Company you need to take a look at this place!

Great property with easy access to the beach. Kitchen has a lot of small appliances for your cooking needs. Close to shopping and dining. Would definitely recommend.

Good property, but when we got there, a toilet was leaking upstairs, so they moved us immediately to a larger property with same proximity. Great people and we were happy.

The property was wonderful! Having the pool, game room double double garage space, just a block from the beach. Fantastic!!! (I am a GM of a hotel) So just a couple items to offer up. The cleaning crew might want to check the dishwasher, when I opened it up, the smell almost made me vomit. And the outside grill had not been cleaned and there was a small dead animal in it .. Oh, and there is a leak under the kitchen sink, close to the elbow. We put a bowl under there to catch the water. They may want to flip the mattresses.. I slept in a pocket 😉😉 Really we truly enjoyed our stay, we all said we would LOVE to live there !!!

The home offered us a great place to meet with our family of 16. Each bedroom has its own bath, facilitating privacy. There is also a bath with access from the pool. It was a close walk to the beach, even for Grandpa who uses a cane. We could also walk to Coligny plaza if desired. I would rent again. I found VRBO responsive to our requests.

We rented a Hilton Head property for a girl's vacation week. This was our first time in Hilton Head, and first time renting from The Vacation Company. First impressions were priced right, good communication. Then we had a couple of quirky issues while in the house. We contacted The Vacation Company and they continued with the good communication - they replied promptly. When it was apparent that the issue was beyond what we could solve on our own, they sent someone over asap. He was pleasant and efficient. We enjoyed our house and would definitely stay there again. The location couldn't be beat for the price point, and the accommodations were comfortable. The 4 bikes included in the rental were very handy to have, and we enjoyed tooling around with them.

This property was perfect for our family. It’s been beautifully updated to new - not a detail missed. Location is excellent ..short lovely walk to the beach or to coligny plaza… And the pool and deck area great area to cook out or relax in the late afternoon sunshine. Very happy with our choice this year.
