The Vacation Company was amazing. When we arrived, there was someone to make sure everything worked and there was soap, toilet paper, dish washer tablets, etc. That made getting vacation started a lot less stressful. We even forgot our pack and play for the baby and there was one already in the house "life-saving""."

Large house that easily accommodated our families, which included 6 kids. The basement was a great getaway for them as they had a rec room and their own rooms. The house comes well equipped with 4 bikes and multiple beach chairs. The bikes were particularly useful as multiple areas such as Harbor Town are easily accessible via bikes. Best part of the house is the proximity to the wonderful beach. The satellite maps do not give you a real sense of the walking distance. Basically this house is situated on a private road that is less than a 5min walk. Furthermore the house is in close proximity to stores and restaurants. The closes grocery store is only 1 mile away. Owners are very responsive to any requests and would gladly stay here again.

Property was not ready at 4 check in time. It was after 530 before they left so we could get in house. I emailed a pic of a door handle broken, we purchased parts & fixed it. Other than those 2 issues IT WAS GREAT...

The property was fantastic. We were able to get to the beach in a few minutes, enjoy the heated pool and hot tub when it was chilly, and there was so much space to relax in the house. Our 4 kids loved the bottom floor, or as they called it, the "cool kids room." Overall it was an amazing and relaxing vacation.

We had a wonderful time and loved the spaciousness of the house. Fit our large family perfectly! We would definitely stay again. One thing that would be nice is if there was a leaf blower to clean off the pool area daily. Lots of leaves fell. Also maybe something to help with the mosquitoes by the pool. Outside of that this was wonderful, having the screened in porch was fantastic!

There were 12 of us ranging in age from 76 (grand pa) to 14 (youngest granddaughter). Even had a couple recent college grads and one taking virtual summer classes. The house is wonderful, the screened in porch is great for dinner, everyone fits easily. The pool is great to relax after a day at the beach which is a very short walk away. House accommodates EXCELLENT! We have already rented for the same time next year.

Loved having a private pool and house to escape! The beach access was closer than I though and the house was perfect for 5 families to share! Only negatives would be the overgrown pool area casted a lot of shade On the pool and made the mosquitoes intense. Wish there were paved stones to access the back spray off area by the pool so that you wouldn’t fill your feet or sandals with dirt when you were done. We would definitely come again! Loved the Vacation Company and their efficiency!

We go to the beach with four families each year, so we need a house that can accommodate all of us, and this house was perfect! The kids had their own space downstairs that was perfect for them to hang out in. The adult rooms were also great for our group. The best part of this house might be the close distance to the beach—less than a five minute walk!

Fantastic house! We had 4 families, 8 adults and 5 kids and had more than enough room for everyone. The lower level was a great area for the kids and all the bedrooms were perfect for each couple. Very well stocked kitchen and the extra fridge in the garage is a bonus. The location to the beach can’t be beat and the proximity to Coligny plaza is less than 1 mile. The pool and spa were great for the kids. The only thing I would add is that figuring out the pool/spa heat was a little confusing. There are directions, but they aren’t very clear. Other than that, our week was perfect! We all agreed that we will be renting this house for our future trips to HHI. Thank you for a great, memorable stay!

This house is so close to the beach. Just a short walk to the beach path and no crossing of main roads. We especially enjoyed its proximity to Coligny Plaza....just a one mile bike ride on the bike paths. Coligny has many neat shops and restaurants to choose from...it evan has a small cinema. We have stayed at this property a few times and Will return again!

I had the pleasure of staying at 4 Dogwood Lane last year and it surpassed all my vacation expectations which is not easy as I'm really used to staying in full service hotels. The home has a great location just back from the beach, with a large modern pool and hot tubs. Very open plan that gives you a real beach home feeling - large deck overlooking the pool. I also by chance met the owner who is a complete gentleman who's only concern was to make sure that our stay was an amazing one, and that we had every thing we needed. They have beach cruiser bikes that you can explore the island with that was also great fun riding along the miles of beach front. Do get up early and admire the amazing sun rises, something to withhold.

It was my pleasure to stay at this house several months ago on a ladies' getaway. The house is very spacious and can accommodate a large group. We enjoyed the closeness to the beach, and also the location is perfect for shopping and restaurants. I loved the large screen porch off the kitchen area. We were out there every morning with our coffee and in the late afternoon for wine. We will definitely be back again and cannot say enough nice things about this house. It met all of our expectations and then some!

I have shared this lovely beach home on two occasions with a group of girlfriends. It was perfect to accommodate differing sleep patterns, different eating times and other preferences. There were so many rooms, you could always slip away for a siesta or watch tv without disturbing others .And you were so close to restaurants and shopping, you didn't have to rely on someone to drive you. And of course, being so close to the beach you could swim or go for a walk and watch the beauty unfold.

First time visit to Hilton Head, and this property exceeded expectations. The location provided ease for a drive into town to grab something forgotten. Its proximity to the beach provides an exclusive beach access feel, making it convenient to those that don't use "natures toilet." This property has more than enough space for a small or large family, and takes advantage of its natural surroundings with a beautiful screened-in porch to finish a day drink in hand to unwind, relax, and soak in that nostalgic Southern feel without bugs.

Went to this fabulous house for a girl's week and we couldn't have had a better spot! Plenty of room to spread out, each having our own bedroom and bath and a wonderful great room and porch for visiting! The location is perfect - just steps from the beach and a short hop to the shops and restaurants at Coligny! We have been in the summer when we got to enjoy the pool and spa in addition to the early morning/late afternoon beach walks! The bikes being furnished are a very nice bonus! The property is fabulous for a large family bringing several several generations or for sharing with other families for a great beach vacation! The kitchen is large and very well equipped and the property is clean and well maintained. Can't say enough good things about this fabulous beach house! Will be going again!!

We stayed here for a week during spring break, and had a fabulous time. The house is a three minute walk from the beach, and the beach and house are perfect for all ages from the youngest toddlers up to their grandparents. Great house with ample room - we were only 9 people but it would sleep many more comfortably. Beach trolley provided made getting to and from the beach super easy. Many fun activities on the island just a short bike ride away. The house was well stocked with beach towels, linens, and pretty much all of the comforts of home. It was the perfect vacation and the perfect location. We would love to stay again!

We returned to this house because of its amazing location - just a few steps to the beach path, so very easy for us to come and go from the beach. Easy to walk or bike to Coligny Plaza for great restaurants and shopping. I especially enjoyed the large open-concept kitchen and family room with super-comfy oversized sofas in the TV area. The large bedrooms all have TVs so we never felt crowded. This is my fourth stay at this house with two large families, and we love dining together on the huge screened porch off the kitchen (table seats 16). The extra TV den and game room downstairs was a great place for our kids and teenagers to escape to.

I've vacationed at this house for several years. The location can't be beat - just one block (no street to cross) back from the beach and walkable to Coligny. The house is great for both friends/couples and families, with large bedrooms (most masters with own bathroom) and extra bunks in the basement for the kids. Nice backyard with pool and hot tub, and huge screened in porch with a table large enough for all guests to dine at. I look forward to returning again year after year.

I cannot say it enough. Location, location, location! This house is in such an awesome location. It was the perfect house for a birthday celebration. I rented the house and had 8 friends for a birthday celebration. This house is a 2 minute walk from the beach. It is a few moments drive/slightly longer walk to all of the shops and restaurants in Coligny. This spacious house accommodated my group perfectly. We were all able to eat together (party) on the screened in back porch. The table was huge. Every room is decorated with a bright, beach motif. My guests were shocked at it all. This close to the beach and the shops with a fabulous house and a private pool and hot tub. We didn't want the celebration to end. Don't miss out on this house.

We spent an enjoyable and relaxing week here. The house itself is amazing and there was plenty of space for everyone to have their own space. The house had all of the amenities we needed and we loved how close it was to everything (including the ocean). Our friends' teenagers had such a good time they forgot they were spending their vacation with adults.

My family has stayed at this house every year for the past 3 years. We LOVE it. It has everything plus it's a 2 minute walk to the beach (without having to cross a street)...beach block. It's also walking distance to Coligny and to Sea Pines. The heated pool and hot ub are great for rainy days. And the screened-in back porch dining table LITERALLY seats 16 people.
