The property was as advertised. We enjoyed the condo and its great views, as well as the pools, beach and Jim's Pool Bar. It was so convenient to have beach chairs and an umbrella delivered for no additional cost. On the downside, they started yard work on the property at 7:30 a.m. Saturday morning. I also think it would be great if there could be more umbrellas/shade by the pools. It was hard to find shade when we wanted a break from the sun. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again

Very clean. Beautiful ocean views. Quiet. Communication with vacation company was great. Our beach gear was delivered, but I was never notified, and then we had an issue with lock for the beach gear. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. Will definitely book again.

The perfect location to everything. Beautiful views including spectacular sunrises. On the day we were leaving, the property mgmt company changed the code, without informing us, and I was locked out of the unit. I went to take out the trash an hour before checkout and wasn't able to get back in. Luckily, I had my phone with me. Thankful I didn't have small children inside the unit.

A beautiful, spacious place. The ocean front views are wonderful. We could even see the dolphins fishing from the balcony. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning. The first morning we went out with keys etc. My phone, with the entry code, went dead. We called the on call folks, left a message and they got right back with us. We got the code and right back inside. Great service!! Wish we had a longer stay. Next time!

Unit is very nicely updated and friendly to families that are “tough” on amenities. We have two kids who bring in piles of toys, sand, water, etc and this place was updated with really great quality materials thag look great but also can withstand wear and tear. We already are looking to book this same place next year. A+

This property is beautiful and has the best view of the beach on the island. We had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and memorable. The property was beautifully decorated. We truly enjoyed our visit!! The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. The ocean view was outstanding. They had games and it was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. Lots of restaurants and shops right across the street in walking distance. We will definitely stay there again. It was lovely. Highly recommend!

The Sea Crest property was very nice and the condo was perfect for our stay. No complaints! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything needed, condo was clean, porch was great for drinks, view is nice, beach was very nice for running and biking, restaurants were plenty and within 1-2 miles, Jim's bar on beach was fun, oh, water in pool was a bit cold but it is April. Overall very nice trip.

The property looks like the pictures which is very good. Within walking distance to many restaurants and a short drive to our friend at Sea Pines. Comfortable bed, kitchen well stocked with utensils etc needed for modest cooking (what we wanted). Starter kits of garbage bags and soaps, etc helpful. A couple of minor things: washer needs to be rebalanced - sounds like a jet engine. Access code was changed mid week. We happened to come in when the security company was changing it (not sure why this change was happening 3/4 way through the month). The code the management company gave us no longer worked. Those two items are minor issues. We would rent again in a minute.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely Sea Crest condo. It was very clean and well appointed. The condo was in walking distance to shopping and restaurants while being directly on the beach. The views from the unit are amazing and the deck fit 4 people nicely with another attached deck with 2 lounge chairs. If you're looking for a top notch condo in HHI that is on the beach this is the one for you!

Wonderful vacation, we've been coming to HH for over 40 years, this was the best. Our stay was very relaxing and allowed me to complete allot of work with a clear mind. We had some adventures with the mirror falling off the wall and slicing my leg open when I opened the sliding glass door and then the next night, the Master bedroom bed breaking and falling apart in the middle (we are normal size people and were just laying there going to sleep - honest). There was a 12 inch drop in the middle of the bed. I need to say your repair crews were fast, excellent and professional. They showed me the strange and numerous little pilons holding the sucker up, did a temp fix on the splintered bed frame and said they would make a permanent fix following our visit. We're tough and easy to please. We want the same unit next year please. Due to work and my daughter's graduate studies schedules, I cannot reserve yet. Loved the whole place . There was four adults , gave my brother and his wife the large master , since it was their first time in Hilton Head . This was our second time at Seacrest and our eleventh time on the island . We would definitely come back to your place ?. Only negative is that we wished the second bedroom had at least a queen size . Maybe the next time are we allowed to move the beds together ? We will definable come back , very lovely home and we all loved the view and the outside patio . We made great memories . Thank you for sharing your home .

We have stayed in this condo previously... and hope to do so again!! Looking directly out onto the beach from the living room window is one of my favorite things to do, because it's like watching a new, unknown movie every day. We see beautiful sunrises, dolphin swim by, pelicans in formation searching for a meal, people arriving and setting up for the day, children splashing in tidal pools, and even watched an organized dog walk involving about 75 dogs! It's fantastic people watching!! The condo is very comfortable and well equipped, in a wonderful location on the island and, with two bedrooms and baths, ideal for families. My husband and son (age 16) love the nearby golf courses, and I love the heated pool and beach (and the condo has some great beach books!). We all like walking to the nearby restaurants for dinner, and then getting in the car and finishing the day with some mini golf. Our week goes by way too quickly, and we are truly rested and relaxed, and sad, to leave this terrific condo and island. We are already looking forward to rebooking it for next year. Thank you for renting it to us - we truly appreciate the wonderful experience!!

This condo is the perfect get away for our spring break. We enjoyed waking up to the beautiful view of the beach and water and going to bed listening to the waves. The location of the property is ideal for our type of vacation. We love to combine beach living with nearby amenities. We only hopped in our car to golf at four of the nearby courses. It was a fabulous vacation for our family of four.
