Great property and great unit. Kitchen was well stocked for meal prep, plenty of paper supplies, washer and dishwasher supplies. Great communication. Detailed check in info was provided.

This was the perfect place for a family to have spring break. Right on the beach, Coligny is so close, the heated pool was wonderful. Having the third bathroom was really nice. I don’t think I can do a 3 bed, 2 bath ever again, ha! Staff was responsive and helpful. We all said we would love to come back.

We loved watching the sunrise from our bedroom when we didn't make it down to the beach. Gorgeous views. Very well stocked kitchen. The Vacation Company was also super responsive to questions - probably the best experience we've had with a management company. Having beach towels and beach chairs provided was a bonus, and we enjoyed the credit to rent bikes. Great experience!

We enjoyed our stay at Shorewood Villas. It was a great location to everything. Beach access was great. The beach felt private & was not over crowded at all. The pool at Shorewood is very nice. The kids loved the zero entry. There were plenty of tables and lounge chairs for guests. The condo was very clean & extremely well equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. The check-in & check-out process was so easy. We liked the keyless entry so we didn’t have to keep track of keys. We were right next to the pool & beach access which was very convenient. The balcony was a little small for all 7 of us to sit together but the condo was spacious & has a big table for everyone to sit around to eat or play games. Loved the location for access to the children’s park & museum. Our only concern was that it’s almost too close to Coligny which creates traffic & congestion. We rented bikes but riding them to & from Coligny is tricky with children because it felt unsafe . However, riding bikes on the beach was fantastic! Overall, we had a great time & would rent the condo again & would definitely recommend staying at Shorewood Villas!

This is a beautiful unit that gives you both a view of the pool and view of the ocean. There are 3 bedrooms (one with bunk beds) and 3 full bath so great when traveling with others. The kitchen is well stocked and it is lovely to sit on the patio and look at the ocean. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was great for our family meeting all of our needs. The view was fantastic and location is very walkable to everything in the Coligny Beach area (pirate ship playground, restaurants, bars, shopping, etc.) Would absolutely stay here again!!

I will start out by saying this is the cleanest property that we have ever rented. Everything was exactly as described. The location was perfect. The pool was heated and so clean. The view was wonderful. The attention to the little things were so unexpected. We went to the store before we got to the condo for toilet paper, paper towels and such. When we got into the condo they had already provided those items plus trash bags, dish soap, laundry pods, etc...We didn't even use the items that we bought. We left them for the next group... We did have a issue with the elevator not working but no fault of the owner. That could of been an issue if we were on the higher up floors with all of the luggage. We would definitely rent this condo again or in this same Shorewood complex..

With the elevators under maintenance, we had to take several trips up and down the stairs to load the car. I was about two minutes late getting back upstairs to final everything out and the doors were locked in the code was canceled. Having a 15 minute buffer would’ve been nice considering the situation. Beyond that, it was a wonderful day and someplace we will definitely go again

This is our second time staying in this rental, and we love it! We come to Shorewood yearly, and after staying other villas we came back to this one because it's just so great! The kids love the pool view, and it's close to pool and beach access. The place is lovely, and well maintained. We can't wait to come back again!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this unit on the Shorewood property. This unit is extremely well maintained. A bonus is the beds are all super comfy. The location is spectacular! The only negative I could say is we had to leave. :(

Location was great. The property was also excellent. Great views of the pool, as well as the ocean. Very family friendly. The worst thing is internet speed was slow, but that’s probably a good thing as it made everyone put down their devices for a while and enjoy the vacation. We had a fantastic stay at Shorewood Villas, and have already discussed staying there again next year! The rental was clean and accommodating. Great location to the pool, beach and Coligny Plaza which was especially helpful with small children. The pool was amazing for our children, ages 1 and 3, including a kiddy pool and sloped entrance into the large pool with fountains to play in. Thanks for a great first family vacation!

We met friends for the long weekend. The layout is great and the proximity to shopping and restaurants was great. We had teenager daughters with us and felt very safe allowing them to walk to Coligny Plaza to get food and shop. Our only complaint is the the fridge/ freezer smelled like fish and had to purchase cleaner to try to get rid of the smell. All in all great place!!

Love the location. Very clean and fresh condo with tasteful decorations. Love the view and proximity to the beach and Coligny circle. Well stocked kitchen- although would be nice to have at least salt and pepper And some spices, some games etc. One chair only and one broken umbrella so bring your own. We saw in the reviews there were chairs so didn’t bring any, so I had to go buy them. Management was responsive.

This condo was perfect for our family with grandchildren. We could walk to the pool, to the beach or to restaurants and shops.
