209 Shorewood

We've stayed in this unit 1-2 times before and it's gotten better each time. The unit is always clean but felt updated on this visit. The beds are quite comfortable and we enjoyed them very much. We also enjoyed the beachfront view and proximity to Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut! I highly recommend this unit.

The Villa was just fantastic! The property was also great with a beautiful pool and easy beach access. Only wish the cable TV had Fox News Channel to go along with CNN and MSNOW. I like to watch news and get multiple perspectives. The coffee pot was only 4 cup size and we drink a lot, but we managed. Overall, I give it 9.9 out of 10.

This is a nicely decorated and maintained unit in the Shorewood complex which is close enough to the Coligny area shops, restaurants, etc., but still private with gated security. The ocean view and proximity to the pool and beach is spectacular. The property manager, Vacation Company, is excellent and helpful from reservations to the entire stay experience.

The view is wonderful and just like it looks online. The walkway to the beach made it easy. The condo was clean — and we are very picky about the cleanliness of vacation rentals. The primary bathroom was a little tight but we knew that going in. With that said, the shower pressure was a 10! We would definitely stay here again. Watching the unexpected deer from the living room in the evening was a treat.

Shorewood 209 is an excellent location for beach and dining. The condo is spacious and well furnished. Well kept and clean throughout. Would definitely stay there again.

This is one of those times when the listing exceeded expectations. Fabulous views, spacious unit, very clean. Well-equipped kitchen (but we didn't really use it) Comfortable bed, bedding, and pillows. Super close to beach, with pool and hot tub as amenities. Secure access throughout the grounds. What impressed me most were the "extras". Beach towels - wow!!!!! What a bonus! Also beach chairs in the closet and a boogie board. Again, wow! I also appreciated how organized the bath products and towels were for us. Communication was very consistent and kind. Photos accurately represented unit. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit and management company. Book with them!!

Title says it all. Our recent stay (May 2024) was nothing less than great. The home came supplied with a starter kit for TP, dishwash soap, sponge, trash bags, etc. If you're staying more than 2 nights, bring extra personal items like Toilet paper (TP) and trash bags. Other than that, the rental came pretty well stocked with the basics. The owner provided great communication and responded to any questions rather quickly, so A+ for customer service. The condo unit itself is also great. Second story unit, decent speed elevators or easy 1 flight of steps, clean property inside and out, good decor, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, front entry gate good, back gate to beach good, outdoor showers good, swimming pool good, wildlife onsite GREAT! Not much else to say except, great place for a great value with a good location because you are close but not too close to the public beach access and the crowd. Go try it!

The room was clean and comfortable. The ocean view was good. The kitchen appliances were in great condition and the furniture was clean and comfy. My only complaint is a minor one. The room was clean and comfortable. The ocean view was good. The kitchen appliances were in great condition and the furniture was clean and comfy. My only complaint is a minor one. Starting with the security is wonderful with the gated property. The pool area was very nice and well maintained. Very accessible to beach. The condo was super nice and clean. The beds were super comfy. And the views from the balcony were amazing.
