Excellent property, clean, modern, great location. Our stay was fabulous, no issues whatsoever. The Vacation Company was a breeze to work with, everything was well organized with great communication. We will definitely use The Vacation Company again next year!!

If you've ever stayed at Shorewood, you know what a treasure this location is! Oceanside, zero entry pool, hot tub, lots of pool loungers and chairs. Shorewood has really changed their security over the years! Bracelets are enforced to be worn at the pool. So annoying. They trimmed the tops of the palm trees while we were staying here giving us a wonderful ocean view from the balcony we didn't have at the beginning of the week! Kitchen well stocked. Comfy beds and pillows. Clean. LOTS of seats between the table, couch, and balcony. Refrigerator works well. Washer and dryer work good. Ac works well but there's no ceiling fans but there was an extra fan in one bedroom we used. Got warm at night. This back building is much quieter than the other buildings. The master shower door did "knock" against the shower wall. I need to speak to management about that. It could get broken. Vacation Company had out of date paperwork. Also it is to be known, do not click the link to exit unit until you are sure you're done! It changes the locks automatically and you can't go back inside! Also Shorewood now empties the pool Lost and found bin Friday night! I always double check we didn't leave anything Saturday morning only to find everything was gone! Also Vacation Company provides pool towels. So helpful to not have to pack those. We did miss the Vacation Company perks like the paper and pen and speaker they have given out in years past.

This condo was perfect for what we wanted. We love Shorewood for many reasons. The pool, location, and property maintenance is top notch! This condo was exactly as described and we were very happy with the condition. We would definitely stay here again! If we had to make any suggestions it would be to have a television that works in the master(I think the WiFi is too weak for it to connect). Add a television to the second bedroom would be great too! The only other thing would be (this one is on cleaning company), when we pulled out the sleeper sofa it was full of Cheerios which makes you wonder about the cleaning. Also, they did not give us enough wash clothes for the 6 people we had listed. Very minor details and nothing that would prohibit us from returning. We had a great vacation!

Check in and out was a breeze! The place was so clean and great! We loved the pool and hot tub(especially that it was heated since it rained 2 days while we were there). We cooked our meals and all the supplies were great. Just wish there were a few more bowls.

We loved that this unit had a Keurig per cup, and also the pot. We really loved that the kitchen was stocked as we made Thanksgiving dinner. There was no electric mixer and there was no electric can opener. The Manuel can opener was not that great, but it got the job done. There is a glass blender and that is very nice to have. There were lots of knives, kitchen scissors are a plus, and a strainer. Always forget to pack salt and pepper and coffee filters so here's your reminder. And if you want to bring your own dish rags or sponges that might be a good idea. Because they only offer one sponge for you also for Thanksgiving dinner we only had one oven so I had to use towels, but we made it work. The unit is so great to be close to the beach and shops. The pool is heated for October and November, which is so nice. The unit balcony does look at a wall from the building next to it so don't expect a good view. But if it's nice whether it's still good to sit and look at the parking lot and the treetops I would definitely stay here again, the beds are comfortable. It is clean and it is quiet.

This is a wonderful place to stay at Hilton Head Island! It is clean and comfy, close to restaurants and steps from the beach! Such an easy check in and out process. A plus was having a little library in the unit of a wonderful assortment of books to enjoy! We really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic location with just a short walk to the beach. We were on the back side of the property without a beach view and a little longer walk but it wasn’t bad. Property was clean and provided everything as advertised. The only thing that concerned me was the dining table and a decorative table were simply pieces of glass setting on top fixtures. If you have a mobile and energetic child, you’ll experience a great deal of anxiety every moment they get close to the glass tops.

Overall experience is great. We stayed with two infants and we did not have any issues. Only two things. When we use both washrooms for bath, hot water run out quickly and take time to get again. The sofa bed is having issues with staying up at the head side. Although we didnt need it, we opened to watch a movie and we almost fell.
