Every morning at 9AM, Sunday through Friday, 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas will be set up on the beach conveniently located steps away from your designated beach access, and at 5PM, they will be disassembled. Feel at ease, walking to the beach equipment free!

If you continue up the steps, the mezzanine boasts a mini lounge and another king suite. The main floor of this getaway will continue to take your breath away. It has cathedral ceilings, huge overhead beams, wide wood floors, and a stunning vista through floor-to-ceiling glass to showcase this one-of-a-kind California-style retreat. Two oceanfront master ensuites flank the great room and gourmet kitchen. A wall of collapsible sliders looks to the outdoor dining and living area, perfect for morning coffee or afternoon refreshments. You can wake up to the waves rolling in and let the sounds of the sea lull you to sleep in this dreamy vacation home away from home.

Beautiful House

We had the absolute best time staying at 14 Juniper Lane. Everything from the layout of the house to the location to the furnishings were incredible. Every seating area in/outside the house is a different gorgeous view. The house is perfectly set back and private with a short walking path to the beach. The kitchen is stocked incredibly well, not to mention the commercial fridge & freezer that make entertaining a group a dream. Our group ranged from 11 months old to 80 years old and it perfectly suited everyone. I can not recommend this property or The Vacation Company enough. We hadn't even checked out yet and we were already discussing when we could come back.

Great way to spend the 4th

Just finished a week-long stay over the Independence Day holiday. House couldn't have been better. Perfect location. Steps from the beach. Easy golf cart ride to town. Balcony of the kitchen was perfect for dinner and late night drinks. Would highly recommend it!

Can't wait to come again!

Our 1st post pandemic trip and our first time to the area. It was wonderful and had exactly what we needed to truly enjoy every moment. The house had everything at our fingertips and the beach was fantastic! We even had visiting deer on our sunrise beach walks every morning. Can't wait to come again!
