The Shipyard never disappoints! Great location and short walk to beach. Clean, comfortable and mostly updated. Kitchen could use just a few basic condiments but we had all the equipment and utensils to eat in when we wanted to. Close walk to pool. Loved that the porch had a gate so we could enjoy that when we wanted and not worry about our dog going down the steps. Check in and out was a breeze. Would recommend staying here!

We are a family with a dog. This location was well furnished, close to the beach, and dog friendly. The pull out bed in living room is very comfortable. Please remember, the tv in the living room has some awesome free movie channels…it was like 1202-1206 or close to that. I almost stayed inside watching tv. Check in and out easy. A cute little doggie care package was waiting upon arrival. Highly recommend this place. Community pool awesome.

We have stayed at 114 Beachwalk yearly, for the last few years, usually in October. It is by far our first preference at Hilton Head. The new gate added to the deck was a great addition. The extra touches in the kitchen, bath, and for our 4 legged children are the best ! Everything was so clean and so convenient. We have already reserved it for next October, so that speaks for itself in what a wonderful stay it is!

The Villa had everything we needed. Kitchen had all of the essentials. Walked to see the sunrise at the beach. Only five minutes and so convenient. Rode bikes along the paths in the community. Played golf on beautiful courses. Would highly recommend!

This was our first time staying at 114 Beachwalk and it was amazing! The place was perfect for just the two of us. Plenty of space, 2 bathrooms which was great for getting ready, and the kitchen was amazing! We had an amazing time visiting Shipyard once again, and the Vacation Company was great to work with. Will definitely be returning again!

i've been going to HHI since the 70's. usually stay in palmetto dunes, but shipyard is always a solid choice. we loved this unit because the access to the beach was super close and easy. the "landord", the vacation company, did a superior job ensuring our stay was excellent. we inquired about a keurig brewer on-site (there was not one), and they had one delivered. their communications were excellent. the unit was EXACTLY what we wanted. it is a 1 bedroom, so if you are bringing extra ppl, it may not be a perfect location as someone is in a sleeper sofa). we also had our 2 dogs with us, and they were VERY welcome. the vacation company sent over a welcome gift to the doggies...some treats, a (collapsible) water bowl, poop bag dispenser and flashlight, frisbee! very sweet. there were a few suggestions that we thought would be an added bonus...and i hope the vacation company gets a copy of this...one would be an umbrella on the table on the deck. there was some shade in the morning, but an umbrella would be nice. the other suggestion was to add a small hose and nozzle on the outdoor shower/hose bib. this would make it much easier to rinse the doggies after walks on the beach. we also loved the layout of the unit. the bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. a big closet, plenty of storage and a dressing area added extra space. the floor plan is very open and inclusive. there is also a full 2nd bathroom which is very nice..."just in case".

We enjoyed our trip to Hilton Head. This was our first time the we stayed in the shipyard plantation. The villa was very nice and clean. 2nd floor was fine for us, we carried our small dog down the steps. It was about 5 minutes to the beach and the walking path was nice and shaded. We would recommend this place to other couples there was ample room for the 2 of us and our pet. The management group was great to work with, thanks again

We loved the place. Very clean and our group of friends, loved the decor. We were able to see a few other Beachwalk units and this one has had a couple of kitchen walls removed making it more spacious. We would have booked it again for next year, if it was available.

Perfect location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants close by. Easy to check in and check out. Very clean 1 bedroom apartment. The second bathroom is old, needs to be renovated.. We did not use it anyway. Main bathroom is mostly updated. Description says "renovated apartment" The only renovation I could say was stone countertop in the kitchen and a new refrigerator., but the place looks good, feel like home. we liked it. Kitchen fully equiped, bring your own frying pan if planing more cooking. There are 3 but very old and the food sticks to the surface. When we entered first day there was terrible smell of chlorax, coulnd't breath, had to open the door for a while (windows very hard to open). When they clean use too much of some chemicals. In general apartment is nice and clean and I would go back there.

The location and size of the place was great! We felt that the bed was very hard and pillows were very flat. The kitchen was missing several key necessities to prepare a meal, but otherwise our stay was great and we appreciate the customer service, dog friendliness, and voucher for rentals.

Villa was just like pictured on VRBO. Location is fantastic! Not far from the Beach. Very peaceful setting. Impressed with the kitchen utensils. Very thoughtful having plastic containers for leftovers. The bed is so comfortable! Water pressure is awesome. With this booking we received a $150 credit with VayK(beach gear rental) I highly recommend taking advantage of this and renting your bicycle and cart from these folks. Easy Peasy. Our bikes were waiting on us and they even followed up with a text to make sure everything was ok. WOW The only thing we couldn’t figure out was how to turn on ceiling fan in bedroom. A couple of the outlets needs to be replaced because your electric plug on device falls out. Despite these 2 things I mentioned that needs to be fixed I would recommend this listing to anyone and will look to book when returning to Hilton Head.

This property has everything you need to enjoy the beautiful Hilton Head island. Great location just a very short walk to the beach. There is a locker at the clubhouse on the beach where you can store your beach chairs, etc. so you don't have to carry them back and forth. The process was very easy and the property manager was helpful and accessible.

Comfortable, clean home. All essentials were supplied. Took a five minute morning walk to the beautiful beach to watch the sunrise. Rode bikes on the numerous bike trails all through the community. Played golf on two of the many local courses. Happy Anniversary to us!

Its awesome how Hilton head was so pet friendly, a very beautiful place and very well kept up. The last days there it rained alot. That's the only reason we left a day early. Yes we would come back and stay again. There only one thing I would suggest is more lighting in the parking alot. Like the Lights at the units.

This is a large one bedroom condo with everything you could expect in a high-end condo. Wrap around outdoor porch, bedroom lounge area, and large kitchen. The locker by the beach was a pleasant surprise to store chairs and canopy instead of carrying it back and forth. I have stayed at many other condos in Beachwalk but this has been the best one so far. I plan to rent it again for the next family beach trip.

It is a .30 mile shaded walk to the sand. The pool is also just a few steps away. The locker at the beach is an added bonus. We stored our 2 beach chairs and huge umbrella in there with space to spare. The vacation company was great. They have the extra added touches that make a difference. Our dog loved the welcome bag. So sweet.

Upon arriving we were very please with this area, cleanliness and when they say 3 minute walk to the Beach. Exactly what they say. Everything is there. You need for nothing. We loved the locker down at the beach! You don't have to carry chairs everyday. They are there. Bonus touch was the doggie care bag that was left for our 4 legged family member. Would recommend this place for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay! You have such a nice place. Everything was child friendly which was so helpful. The only thing we might suggest is the pans for the oven need to be replaced and there was water leaking from the guest bathroom after a big storm. Other than that, everything was great!

My family had a wonderful time this year in HHI and the Beachwalk 114 was amazing. We loved the location to other places/restaurants on the island. We also loved how close we were to the beach. Normally, we try to stay places right on the beach because of all the stuff we take with us, but since they had a beach locker right on the beach, the walk was no trouble. Condo was nice and had everything we needed. Peggy was great to answer any questions. Would love to stay again.

This condo was one of the nicest we have stayed in at Hilton Head. Beautiful appointments and nicely furnished. The property was immaculate and the kitchen was very well equipped, not just the basics. This is one of the closest condos to the beach access for Shipyard and no more than a 5 minute walk. The beach locker with chairs is also very convenient. The owner was easy to reach and very responsive.

Beautiful stay st Beachwalk! My husband and I have been coming to HHI for the past 6 years for Christmas and this was a perfect condo for our needs. Great outdoor and indoor areas, very short walk to the beach, and well kept. I wish it was available for us for Spring Break! Thank you for letting us stay!

Gorgeous condo! We loved the proximity to the beach. The deck was perfect for catching rays in the afternoon, reading, listening to the birds and watching the tiny green and gray lizards. There are plenty of bike/walking paths, nearby. We'll be back!
