Condo was very nice. The vacation company does excellent communicating. Set up package for arrival was the best I’ve ever seen. Classy. I would use them again

We have stayed in this property many times previously . It is walking distance to the beach, across from VanDer Meer tennis (important to me)and easy drive to any restaurant we enjoy. The property itself is always clean, smells good, has available any/all items we might need to use. It is also pet friendly, that is a requirement for us. We have never had a “bad” experience at this property or with Vacation Company. You guys are very easy to work with concerning things that might come up and develop into a major concern. Thank you

The proximity to the beach was great and we loved the pool. Just wish it was heated. The condo was spotless and we appreciated the thick towels and starter items. Will definitely stay here again.

The refrigerator makes a noise constantly….might want to check it out. Also the washer might need to be balanced. Made loud noise when washing.

We had a wonderful week. Loved that the condo was a short walk to the beach. Pet friendly made it even better. Although the condo was undated the whole shipyard plantation complex is showing its age. We have not been to shipyard in some 20 some years and nothing on the outside has changed. Could use some updating.

Hilton head is absolutely beautiful. No surprise we visit every year. Vacation company is above and beyond in attention to details. Although we did not have to contact them with any issues, they were so proactive in communicating with instruction, vacation rentals, gift package for the pets, etc. etc. The unit itself, was so well equipped, and the floorplan was perfect for us. We really enjoy the location of the beach walk. Now the negatives. There were none! Maybe we could complain a little about the wind, but there’s only one who is in control of that.

I loved working with the Vacation Co. Customer service gets an A+. 105 Beachwalk was very nice & very clean. The condo had everything that we needed and then some. We took our puppy this trip and they left a care package for her. We also liked the $150 credit towards beach gear. We rented bikes and that process was easy as well. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay at this property again.

The place was nice. There was a few pieces of furniture (like the bar seats were extremely wobbly and unsafe to sit on) but we didn’t necessarily need them. The place was clean and fresh

This was a perfect location and the unit was great. We took our dog Zuri and she had a blast early in the morning playing in the surf. The property manager was in frequent contact - checking in and checking out was a breeze. Will definitely come again!

The location of the property was perfect. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. The pool was very close as well. The only thing that wasn't perfect were the quality of the beds. I would suggest getting those upgraded soon. The couch in the living room was a bit worn as well. Other than that the property was amazing. I would recommend to anyone with a family and we will be staying there again for sure.

The property was nice and quiet. The Villa was updated, clean and an extra bonus were the fans in the closets for us to use, lol! All of us have to use a fan to sleep. The chairs, floats, toys, etc in the shed were good to use. The personal shower and hose to use at the villa were great to use to rinse off before going into the villa. Thank you for being a pet friendly property. Thank you for knowing pets are family too! We had a great relaxing Christmas getaway with our family and didn't want to leave. Hoping to move soon and be a permanent resident in HHI.

The property is exactly as it appears in the photos online and it is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The appliances could be updated and the sliding glass door onto the deck needs replaced. But overall it is a very nice place to stay.

We had a great stay at this property. The beach is an easy walk away and the bike paths are really nice. My one “qualm” was that it tells you to bring your trash to the outdoor receptacle but doesn’t give directions to where that is. We eventually found it though!

105 Beachwalk was a quick 3 min walk to the beach for our dogs. They loved that and we loved the renovated kitchen and bathrooms and the very comfortable family area. Internet was fast enough for 4 adults to work on including video calls. TVs were well connected and easy to use. Only negative was the Vacation Company bikes that we rented were cheap and not good for rides over 2 miles. But overall great place!

Our experience renting this condo was easy inquiry, check in, warmly decorated and inviting. Very clean! Short 5 min walk to beach. Management was quickly responsive on questions. We eat in, when on vacation and we had a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. We have rented many different condos on HHI, this one was definitely one of the best.

The Beachwalk complex is quiet, peaceful & very nice. Beachwalk is the closest complex to the beach in Shipyard . Villa 105 is a spacious ground floor unit that's a 5 minute walk to the beach. Villa was very clean and has been nicely updated. Kitchen is nicely furnished. King bed is a bit firm & the couch is not the most comfortable. Overall, this is a very nice unit that we would definitely consider renting in the future and recommend to our family & friends.

Just as pictured. Very clean. I would suggest a new coffee maker as current one isn't very hot. Only drawback of first floor was having someone above. Lots of walking noise overhead at night during our stay that was bothersome at times, but other than that, wonderful.

I would definitely come back to this property. There were a few very minor things the property owner should address as far as blinds should probably be replaced, but overall everything was excellent. Kitchen was well stocked with dish ware as we love to cook, so this was nice. Plenty of towels were provided as well. Appliances were in great working condition. Surroundings were awesome....As mentioned, would definitely return.

The owner thought of everything! From multiple beach towels, an lovely start up toiletries, to a Welcome Bag for our dogs! This unit does not disappoint as it is beautifully appointed and very close to the beach, Sonesta Resort, and perched within steps to the bike trail. We've been to HHI so many times but this unit, 105 Beachwalk is special.

We had a wonderful time. The place was like coming home. It had everything we needed and the bonus was how close it was to the beach. Such an easy walk. We rented this unit for a week and it was perfect for our family of 4. Great location - closest units to walk to the beach, nicely furnished, comfy beds. We have stayed at other units in Shipyard and this was the best due to location and condition of the unit and furnishings. The only suggestion would be the unit could use a new coffee maker!
