this is our 3 time and we have our reservations for next year. it is a great family home with great sized multiple cook kitchen. located on a quiet stretch of beach with it’s own newly refurbished pool and spa. every year there are major renovations to keep house in great shape. great location to coligny. we give it 👍👍

The Perfect Family Beach House!We absolutely loved our stay at The Beach House! From the very beginning, the management company was excellent with communication and made sure we had everything we needed to prepare for our arrival.The house was spotless when we arrived, the pool was clean and inviting, and the midweek service was an unexpected bonus. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, which made spending time together as a family so easy and comfortable.The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach gate and a beautiful, private stretch of beach just a short walk away. The beach was absolutely beautiful and peaceful, and we loved having such easy access throughout our stay.For us, having a dog-friendly home with a fenced-in yard was a huge plus. It made traveling with our dog so easy and gave him a safe place to enjoy the outdoors. The outdoor shower was also a great feature, especially for rinsing off after time at the beach.The house has a little bit of an older, traditional beach-house feel, but we actually loved that about it. It felt comfortable, cozy and welcoming, and gave us exactly the relaxed family vacation experience we were looking for.At the end of our stay, our entire family agreed that this is our new go-to house for Hilton Head! Now we're just hoping some dates open up because we'd love to come back again, even later this year if we can make it work!Thanks for helping make our family vacation so special.

We had an awesome week at this property! There was a loggerhead sea turtle laying her eggs on the beach in front of the house at sunrise and a deer in the dunes at sunset! The bathrooms and pool were recently updated. Perfect location with easy access to the beach out the door. Loved it!

The pool, hot tub, and location on the incredible beach were just what we needed for a wonderful relaxing time with family and friends. Love the fenced in yard so I didn’t have to worry about my dog Mia. Great location, walking distance to Coligny Beach and riding bikes on the beach was so much fun! This home was perfect for us. The pool and hot tub were lovely to look at even if too cold to use. The views of the ocean were fabulous from the upper deck. The kitchen was so well stocked we ate in more often then planned because it was so easy to purchase and prepare seafood and steaks. The location to Coligny was a plus. The home is large but did not feel overwhelming for just the 2 of us. I loved that it was so do friendly. One minor suggestion would be a booklet with instructions appropriate for the individual home would have been nice to make us more comfortable that we were operating things correctly. We would highly recommend this home and certainly would choose it again if available when traveling to HH.

Loved the property, perfect for our family of six.Large rooms, large pool, great location, 2 minute walk to beach. Great air conditioning. Had a couple of issues at check in with a noisy a/c and faulty toilet but were fixed quickly!

Very nice house which was on the beach, with a large lap pool and was dog friendly. It is close to Coligny square and we enjoyed the home and its proximity to the beach. Would stay again if in the area.

The house was very clean. We had an issue with A/C when we got there but was fixed within an hour. The views were amazing. We did have some confusion with the spa turning on, the labels by poolside were not clear. They left dog treats for our furbabies. Would definitely stay there again.

EXCELLENT oceanfront home was perfect for our family trip which included our puppies. The private pool was huge and the pathway to the beach was very convenient. Beach was very clean and private. The views of the ocean from the upper deck were incredible, and gazing at the stars at night was magical. House is very close to wonderful Coligny restaurants and shops. There were only 3 of us, but we definitely plan on making future trips to this wonderful property to include more family members and utilize all of the space this rental offers. This home was everything and more that we were hoping for and we look forward to our next trip. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!

The views from this house are amazing! Beach access right next to the house. The upper deck is perfect for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The pool is so big! The kitchen has so many appliances (even a spice rack) if you like to cook a few nights a week for your group. Highly recommend and will book again!

The home was as presented and was absolutely wonderful from the large pool, beach access, the bikes and the property management company. Everything was seamless. This home had more kitchen items that I have ever experienced. For the person who cooks and eats in most days/nights it is a great plus!

This home was a very good choice our family vacation! It was immaculately clean, comfortable and provided lots of space for adults to gather and children to play. It was steps away from the beach and the adults and kids went back and forth quite easily. Watching fireworks on the 4th from the pool and balcony was a real treat! The kitchens had all new and updated equipment and supplies and the washer and dryer were brand new. Preparing meals and keeping up with laundry was easy. The updates in the master suite bathrooms were beautiful. All the bedding was nice and new. Our only complaint…lots of squeaky springs in queen and king mattresses on the first floor.

Perfect location. Steps away from the ocean and great beach area. Awesome balcony view of ocean. About a mile from restaurants, shops, and grocery store. Bikes made it a quick and easy way to get around (easier than finding a parking spot during Spring break). Pool and hot tub were great. House had most the amities you'd expect (towels, washer/dryer, etc)

House was as listed. Beautiful location, on the beach, wonderful pool and deck area, plenty of linens and adequately stocked kitchen. Upper deck provides gorgeous views of the beach and sunrise. House decor is a little dated but well maintained and very clean. Worked great for our family. Property Management company was easy to work with, responded quickly to our questions and kept us well informed about the hurricane that was approaching. No issues - would rent again.

Our family had a wonderful week here! Having the beach access next to the house is awesome. The kids went from pool to beach all day long. The bikes were used to ride to Coligny Plaza for breakfast in the mornings and ice cream in the evenings. We'll definitely be back to this house next summer!

This home is wonderful! We have stayed there before and this year there were several updates. The new master bathroom remodel is beautiful with the new shower. New bunk beds in the spare bedroom are great. We love the upstairs deck to look for morning dolphins while having coffee. It's perfect!

We have been vacationing on HH for the past 25 years and we have never had such an amazing rental. The house was spotless when we arrived and it met everyone of our wants as far as a rental. The only complaint that we had was there was no shower in the downstairs Master. We made it work by sharing with the others but it would have been perfect if there had been one in that bathroom. There were 5 adults, 2 teenagers and a 7 year old. Nobody complained. It is definitely a house worth renting......We would definitely rent again ...........

This home was perfect beach retreat for our family! Everything met our expectations. The view from the deck is breathtaking. The location is convenient to shopping and food (10 min bike ride to Coligny center), and the beach is your backyard. Upon arrival the home was spotlessly clean, with welcome supplies such as some laundry and dish detergent, hand soaps & lotions. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and we were pleasantly surprised to have a second small kitchen right outside the master suite on the 2nd floor, which included a fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, and dishwasher. The home offers a perfect blend of space (both indoor and outdoor) to retreat quietly on your own, or common areas to enjoy the company of others. Management was very responsive to requests (we had a faulty propane tank for the grill, and a replacement arrived within the hour!). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous home!

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at this lovely property along with our dog. The home itself is quite large, well suited for multiple families. The pool area is fantastic, and when we wanted a bit more adventure the walkway to the beach is just yards away. Check in/out was seamless. House is easy to use, plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Tile floor takes away any worries with wet feet walking in. Can't beat the location. The upstairs master suite was so cozy. We enjoyed our week stay with our parents in your home in May 2021. Comfortable beds, roomy, upstairs shower & rooms amazing, including the grill outside pool & hot tub for our tired legs at the end of day. We cooked dinner a couple times & noticed when cleaning up there is No kitchen sink sprayer. That might be a good choice in adding. Nice spread on the utensils in kitchen. A Helpful HINT : Poofier pillows in bedrooms would be very much appreciated by others as they are pretty flat to lay on. lol. other than that thank u for the washer & dryer usage & the quiteness in area there great sunrises & sunsets. we rented a golf cart which was a great thing to ride around to Coligney Plaza. Zoey ( our dog) had a fun time too. Thanks for being a dog friendly place.

We had an absolutely amazing time this past week renting this beach house! Except for occasional drives to pick up dinner (which we enjoyed on the luxurious pool deck), we really never needed to leave the house all week. Just a few steps from our driveway are bike trails that connect to trails all over the island, and we biked to pick up groceries, coffees, lunch, or even just some Vitamin D and fresh air. We had miles and miles of gorgeous beach just down a private path, perfect for walking, lying in the sun, watching the sunrise, taking a nap, and just enjoying the Atlantic coast. The pool deck is ideal with plenty of seating for everyone, plus additional chairs on the second floor balcony for those long sea vistas, and the spa was a favorite late-night place to relax after a day in the sun. We enjoyed comfortable and casual surroundings and seating areas inside and a big enough kitchen for several cooks, everybody had a comfy bed and a private bathroom, and it was just a great experience all around. I feel like this place has spoiled me for staying anywhere else now. Can’t wait to come back!

We choose this house because it was on the beach, with a pool and we could bring our golden retriever. Although the house is a bit dated, it fit all our needs. Great views of the ocean, a large pool and plenty of space. It was nice that the house was on a private street so our area of the beach was never crowded. Really enjoyed our stay.

This was the best vacation home we have ever stayed in. The pool is huge! You could see for miles on the 2nd floor deck. My husband really enjoyed the office area with ocean views. Our border collie enjoyed the “welcome bag” with treats and accessories. The beach is beautiful and quiet in this area. We hope to return next year!

We have rented this property many times. This year we stayed for 2 weeks and still love this property. We had guests coming and going and there is plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is large and well equipped and the 1st floor has a huge amount if counter space. The backyard is quite roomy and private and very close to the beach. The panoramic view of the ocean from upstairs is spectacular and the pool is huge compared to most homes we've rented. The only negative we have is the lack of a shower in the downstairs master bath. There is only a bathtub so guests have to use the showers in the other bathrooms which is awkward.

We recently spent a week at 9 Driftwood, and loved it. We had 8 in our party - 6 adults and 2 kids (ages 5 and 2). The house was spacious enough to allow us each to have our own space, but also had enough social spaces where we could eat together, hang out, etc. The decor was nice, but not so fancy that I felt I had to follow my kids around to make sure they didn't touch anything. The views of the ocean were breathtaking (especially from the second floor patio) and the walk to the beach, very short and through a beautiful walkway. The pool was awesome, as was the hot tub - great to relax in after a morning spent in the ocean! We rode bikes every day to Coligny Plaza, and it was a relatively quick ride - maybe 10-15 minutes. The only downside we found was that the master king on the 1st floor has only a tub - we just traded bathrooms with our kids (they used our tub, we used their shower) and everything was fine! Would highly recommend this property, and fully intend to stay there again!
