There will be a newly added bunkroom on the second floor with room for 6, designed to keep young children and teens happy (including a smart tv, minifridge, and bathroom). A new covered balcony on the second floor will provide private access to two bedrooms. The upstairs King Suite will have a new bathroom, including a claw tub with ocean views. A game room will be added to the lower level of the home. And to cap off this renovation, a complete backyard revamp to include a new spa, sports pool with a Bahama deck, and bar/open kitchen.
