This property is fantastic! The bedrooms each have their own bathroom and plenty of room. It is the perfect house for a large family trip. Teenagers stayed in the carriage house and the younger kids stayed in the bunk beds. The kitchen is large and well organized. The back yard/pool area is the best part about the house. Wonderful area to sit any time of the day, in both sun and shade. Easy walk to the beach. We ran, walked, biked, and swam every single day. Finally, having a dog friendly house was so nice! Our dog had an absolute blast. We hope to return soon!

This property was AMAZING for a family vacation. It was all adults, some older in the group in having all showers in the room was the best. Didn’t have to worry about anyone slipping and falling. You can’t beat the picturesque views and close proximity to the beach. The house was clean which was appreciated. Hope to stay here again in the future. *We did private yoga session by the pool with 10 people and you couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to practice yoga!

We loved this house! Our extended family has visited Hilton Head for years and this is one of our favorite homes. First of all, the company was very responsive to questions and a concern with the AC. They were out within an hour and fixed the problem immediately. Every communication I had with the company was excellent. The house has tons of areas for groups to sit and eat, talk, watch sports on TV and play games. There is plenty of seating available and huge tables. The beds were comfy and every bedroom has a bathroom. The best part of this house was the backyard area. The pool is fabulous surrounded by a trex deck. The back porch is so wonderful. It is covered and overlooks the pool and a large lagoon, which was perfect for kayaking. There was a TV on the back porch and the guys loved sitting outside to watch football. The parking area in front of the house is so spacious and there is plenty of parking space for everyone. We were provided four bikes and credit to order other things for the beach, which was nice. I would put the walk to the beach at about seven minutes. The access is almost directly across the street. We absolutely loved our stay here.

First time in Hilton Head for a family vacation. The house was a great choice - the home was further back inside the gated Palmetto Dunes community and down a private hidden driveway. Every room had a private full bathroom. The large kitchen accommodated a lot of traffic and activity with two families staying in the home. We were right across the street from a beach access point. The outdoor area is where we spent the most time relaxing and swimming. Being on the water and having a sitting area on the lagoon was a huge plus-the perfect spot for a relaxing morning coffee, a good book, or kayaking. It was the perfect spot for a proposal - my niece got engaged right on the dock! I didn’t like that there was only one tub. My husband and I stayed in the carriage house with our 11 month old and bath time was a little inconvenient. The floors were a little dirty and there were some bugs in the carriage house but that’s to be expected being so close to the beach and surrounded by lots of greenery.

My husband and I stay for several weeks and loved the house. The layout is spacious, backyard is gorgeous with the pool and lagoon view - so pretty! Location to the beach was perfect! Beautifully decorated, clean and overall a house I would recommend.

Rented this house with extended family to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary with a week at the beach. Pool area and back porch are huge. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Pool has a deep end (8 or 9 feet), which was nice for the teens and older kids.

2nd time renting with our group of 11. Teens loved the In Law Suite, everyone loved the huge pool! Proximity to general store and shopping is perfect. Rent canoes for the lagoon!

The house was perfect! The pool was awesome!! The location to the beach was ridiculously easy! The beach was basically private! The resort complex was great! The location to everything you needed off site was super close and convenient. The only downside of the trip was there were no waves in the ocean to speak of which disappointed my sons but nothing the property owner can do about that!! We had a great time!! Thank you!! Tpg

This was by far the best family vacation we have taken. There were 14 of us and there was never a dull moment between the pool, beach, deep sea fishing, canoeing & kayaking in the lagoon, biking on the incredible bike paths, there was never a dull moment. The vacation home was loved by all. It is top shelf! Had a little problem with the grill, which was rusted out on the bottom, but it was quickly replaced by the service. We did not feel crowded at all. Tons of space. The setting is very private. Lush landscape with a deer seen from time to time. We will definitely be visiting 77 Mooring Buoy again in the future!
