Fabulous House

The house is absolutely gorgeous and a few steps away from the beach. The house is extremely spacious and was perfect for my family of 13. The dining room table fit all of us comfortably. The pool was greatly enjoyed and we loved the outdoor seating area. This is the 4th home we rented on the island and the best by far. Vacation Company is very responsive and does an excellent job managing the property. We’d love to come back.

Great holiday stay

This is the second time that we have stayed here between Christmas and New Years and both visits have been really enjoyable. The house is very nice and great for a large family gathering. It is in a great location. We definitely hope to come back!

Family Beach Vacation

This place was just perfect for our family of 14. The location is fantastic, such a short walk to the beach, and a quick bike ride to just about anywhere else in Sea Pines. The house was so spacious and came with everything we needed for cooking, enjoying the pool and entertaining the kids at night! This was such a great house for our vacation.

Beautiful House!

This house was great. Wonderful location and very clean. The only changes that I would make would be to update the stove. The burners didn't work well and kept burning food. Also, an extra refrigerator would be wonderful in this size of a house. It got very tight in the one fridge with our big family. However, I would definitely stay here again. The outside deck was amazing. Parking is very tight since you cannot use the garage and the road is shared with two other houses.

Awesome House

Really great house! The house was clean, fresh, and we found it to be just as described online. We had 6 adults and 7 teens and had plenty of space. The location was excellent in that it was a two minute walk to the beach and you could easily ride a bike to Harbor Town and the Salty Dog. I would definitely rent this house again and I highly recommend it.

Great time in Sea Pines

Spent a week here in September, 2020. The check-in and check-out process were easy. We had a minor wifi issue (due to a heavy storm) that was addressed very quickly. Otherwise, a flawless stay. Only (minor) negative was the furniture in most cases has seen better days and could use a refresh. The pool area was great, and very private. Would definitely stay here again!

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C.

As of June 10, pumping of sand (an estimated total of 755,000 cubic yards) onto South Beach is complete. Their contractor, Marinex Construction, Inc., will now begin the demobilization process.

During demobilization, Marinex will remove offshore pipe, level vehicle tracks along the beach, and level out any significant areas of scarping (steep or uneven areas) along the renourished areas from Beach Marker 8 to Beach Marker 27. Below is the timeline (weather permitting):

All beach access locations will reopen by Saturday, June 13

Metal and HDPE pipe will be staged between Beach Markers 9 and 10 by Monday, June 14

Tilling of South Beach will begin on Tuesday, June 16 (estimated 1-2 days to complete)

All contractor equipment should be gone by the end of June
