We had the best time. The home is incredible and it had everything we needed for 7 adults and 3 toddlers. The property was exactly how it is in the pictures, and provided more than enough space for all of us. The play room was a huge hit for the kids! The pool and beach were used all day every day and the kids loved running down the boardwalk into the sand. The location of this property was perfect-we biked to breakfast and lunch daily. Loved working with the rental company-they made everything so easy. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful large home with perfect setting for family vacation. It was very spacious with a great pool , spa and walkway directly to the beach. Extra unexpected amenities in kitchen and plenty of toys and fun spaces for young children. The main living area , kitchen and master bedroom do require going up several steps from the foyer entrance so keep that in mind if any physical restrictions.

Beautiful beach home

Well appointed large family friendly beachside home. Grandchildren loved the toys and children’s tables etc. The whole family loved pool , easy beach access , extra unexpected amenities and beach toys. Best for renters who can handle going up steps daily to main living space and kitchen.

We loved everything about this family vacation. The house was perfect, had everything we needed, and provided plenty of space for 7 adults and 3 toddlers. It was big enough for everyone to still have their privacy, and we never felt on top of each other. The playroom was our saving grace when we weren’t playing outside! The location of this house couldn’t be any better and we biked to breakfast and lunch daily. The beach and pool were used all day every day and we made so many memories together. It was a very special house and we can’t wait to come back.

Amazing view. Very clean and orderly. Everything you could think of that you may need was supplied. We called the property management company just to ask if there was a pool net to clean a few pine needles and they sent out an entire crew to clean the entire pool and spa within about 30 minutes. Great service!

Beautiful Spot for a Vacation

It would take a person with a pretty negative outlook to be able to leave a negative review about a vacation at a 9 million dollar house on the beach in Sea Pines. The property management company was great, the house was huge and VERY clean, the pool and hot tub were great, and the Hilton Head beach is unbeatable for kids. First class all the way, you can't go wrong at this spot.

Beautiful outdoor space, plenty of room inside

The outdoor space is beautiful, and my kids loved the pool. The inside is a bit dated and definitely needs some light maintenance work, but it's very spacious, and we were comfortable.

Great location, plenty of room to spread out and enjoy

My wife and I stayed at this property with our toddler. It was more than spacious for our group and would have comfortably accommodated another 8-10 people with ease. We enjoyed the location immensely. The beach front view and privacy on either side was perfect. Calm and quiet. The house has beautiful 'bones', but shows signs of dating. The pictures are accurate and I do feel that they are transparent with the condition of some of the bedrooms/bathrooms. It is priced accordingly. We encountered no issues with the home, heating/cooling/refrigerating/pool/etc. while we were there. The upkeep on the property and systems was excellent. The pool area was a central location for us. There is chipping/cracked surface area that you will want to avoid with bare feet. It would benefit from an update. However, the pool and hot tub were great and we thoroughly enjoyed using them both. Again, no issues at all during our two-week stay.
