However, reservation changes or cancellations due to pool heater operation remain subject to the stated cancellation policy.

18 Audubon Pond
We were so pleased with this home--it had everything going for it. Spacious open concept common spaces, a very well-stocked kitchen with absolutely anything you could need (no leftover basics/spices as someone mentioned so plan to bring your own), great spaces for eating (breakfast nook, kitchen island, deck and dining room), very nice bathrooms and the bedrooms were large, very comfortable and each had very comfortable sitting areas with TVs. The living room and sitting room both had very comfortable furniture and the couches could seat 3 comfortably so plenty of seating for our group of 3 couples. The view of the backyard and marshes from the common areas was beautiful and although the neighboring houses were close, you wouldn't know it as the foliage created a completely private oasis. The outdoor areas were as perfect as the indoor with a spacious deck off the common areas and primary suite and a lower level with even more seating and lounging. The pool was a nice size and perfect for our use. We appreciated the grill and laundry and all of the amenities provided for our stay. We greatly enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and the short drive to dining and activities. Highly recommend this home.

Very happy with the home!
We were all very happy with the home. It was a short walk to the beach if you did not have to carry too much gear but the drive to the beach was very convenient. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. My only real problem was the kitchen supplies. I have not traveled since covid so I have to blame myself a bit, but one can usually rely on at least some left over salt and pepper and a few spices to cook with. Being out of practice I did not bring my usual cooking gear so making meals was not my favorite part. So, if you like to cook bring your own supplies and all will be well. Lots of seating outside, which was very nice. A little too cool to swim but the pool was cleaned while we were there. I would recommend the home for a vacation stay.

Our rental home was sparking!
This was our first post Covid vacation and we were not disappointed. The staff at the Vacation Company are delightful and very accommodating. The home was lovely and perfect for our 3 family getaway. We are looking forward to returning to 18 Audubon Pond next year. Thank you for making us feel welcome!!

Great for families!
This home has a large open floor plan that is great for families! The view is spectacular and the location on a quiet street is ideal for a peaceful retreat. The home is close to south beach marina and an easy bike ride to harbor town! We had a great weekend!

Highly Recommend!
Our group was so happy with our choice to stay at this property. We had so much room to spread out and enjoy the set up including the view of deer out the large back windows on the marsh and the expansive kitchen. The location is a perfect balance between a quiet street and yet still a short bike ride or walk to Sea Pines, shopping, dining, and the beach. We will definitely be back to take advantage of the private pool. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

Wonderful spacious house perfect for large families
Newly renovated spacious house; great location on quiet steeet . Large kitchen and bathrooms. Nice pool and beautiful view. Peaceful - saw multiple deer. A bike ride away from great dining and shopping. Highly recommend!
