Ocean Views, Quiet Relaxation, Great Location

My family had an enjoyable week in Captains Walk 469. Ocean views were fantastic. Easy beach access. Close to dining and shopping. The free Dunes Buggy makes for a convenient trip to places on the resort. Bike friendly. No loud parties to disturb the relaxation.

Unit in need of refresh. When we arrived heat not working (33degrees outside) and took two calls for repair. Had water leak from ceiling in dining area, then after rain huge water mark in twin bed ceiling. Not enough hot water. View was wonderful.

Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that the small leak over the dining room ceiling was not active at the time of inspection and was most likely caused by a kitchen-related incident in the unit above. The issue was promptly reported to the regime. Regarding the HVAC concern, documentation from the HVAC Company indicated that the condenser disconnect had been turned off, which caused the issue and was not related to equipment failure. This was resolved quickly. We understand how frustrating maintenance concerns can be and truly appreciate the opportunity to provide clarification. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the view and hope you will consider staying with us again!
