3527 Villamare

The property is what I what consider (for this price point) the most basic you can get. Mildly updated but still just not quite as good as others. The size of the TV in the second bedroom is laughable-I’d soon you just not put one in there. Also in 2026, I feel very strongly that it should not take 3 remotes to operate the TV. I would strongly encourage the owners to upgrade the beds- a seemingly cheap upgrade that will pay dividends. Also, please replace the shower head in the primary shower, it barely stays in place and is such an awkward showerhead for that shower. There was a great assortment of things in the kitchen, plenty of towels and trash bags for our stay. I will say the primary room just does not cool like the other rooms. We had to virtually shut all other vents to try to divert more air in there and it was still warm (maybe something wrong with the duct work?) The chairs on the balcony, compared to the others we saw around the property were subpar. Yes they served their purpose, but I was hopeful for something a little more sturdy. The two swivel chairs in the living room were cozy- but the couch was meh. Overall compared to other properties at Villamare that we’ve stayed at for the same price, I was underwhelmed. Like I said the property is so close to being great but for now I would call it just good enough and served our family fine.

The suite was nice and clean, very quiet and relaxing. The beds are not comfortable, the TVs are dated, and the wifi is terrible—never got the Roku to work in the Master Bedroom—it buffered the whole time. (Roku only in the bedroom so we could not watch movies as a family.) It was impossible to check in for work. The “oceanview” is non-existent. The trees and foliage take over any type of ocean peek that was present. Overall, it is a nice resort. The beach was not overly crowded, the check in and out process was very smooth and efficient. The unit had everything we needed—we only needed to purchase salt & pepper. All kitchen ware was available for us.

We have stayed at several Villamare properties over the years beginning in 2003, and we absolutely loved this property. It was very clean and decorated in such “coastal cuteness”! I have bookmarked this villa and hope to be back!

We had a wonderful stay and the accommodations were very nice. I will definitely book again for next year. the adult pool and spa and access to the beach were critical in making our stay easy and fun.

The property location is ideal...close to all the wonderful things we come to HH for!! The property was immaculate and truly all the amenities of home. Communication with the management team was awesome, from booking (when I got the dates wrong) to needing to get in early, we had someone in a wheelchair. They worked with us and it was amazing. I cannot say thank you enough for that! I loved the decor. It was bright and energizing. The only downside was the shower in the second bathroom. We are all older and having to step over a tub for the shower was not ideal. The bathroom itself however was large and well appointed.

This condo unit was beyond our expectations. The View was beautiful. Surrounding areas were like a tropical paradise. Pool was a big plus when beach was too hot. Rent a bike you can ride on the beach and through the Lovely community. They really take care of this condo and villlamare we were very pleased we will be back

When we opened the door saw a great place with all the amenities and an amazing view of the ocean to relax to each day! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable! We were able to unpack and enjoy fun times with old friends. The beach access and the bike rentals were all there waiting for us. Excellent customer experience.

We loved the location in Palmetto Dunes! The condo is on the 5th floo, r with beautiful views of the tree tops and ocean! Very pretty, bright and comfortable accommodations!! Short walk to the beach! Loved biking all the trails and taking in all the beautiful scenery! Would absolutely stay here again!!
