***The Home Owner's Association for Villamare has voted to begin a pool modernization project set to begin the Fall of 2023. The existing pool reconstruction and the addition of a new pool will begin 10/15/23-3/30/24. The existing beach access will be closed, however, there is beach access at the Disney Beach House next to the Villamare complex.

***Building 3 External Stairwell Renovation will begin Wednesday Nov. 1st, 2023. The scaffolding setup and equipment setup will occur that week with minimal impact to owners and guests. There will be some minor noise associated with the setup. Sandblasting will start about Nov 8th and that process is very loud, especially to the '33 stack and the stacks on the Disney side of Building 3 ('32, '31, '30 and '29 stacks). Our contractor will stop sand blasting the full week of Thanksgiving (Nov. 20-24) and Christmas (Dec 25-Jan 1) with the intent of keeping this time open for family time and rentals. If weather permits, sandblasting will be completed before the Christmas break. The plan is to have the work completed by the end of January, 2024.
