The view from the balcony was amazing. Comfortable seating inside and out. The kitchen was well equipt, everything seems brand new. The queen bed was comfortable as well. Very clean upon arrival. Friendly, helpful staff.

Awesome stay in this incredible ocean front location steps away from Coligney. We loved watching dolphins and the spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. Clean, neat and well stocked, we would definitely stay here again!!

This property is absolutely wonderful. It’s everything and more of what the posting says! I was pleasantly surprised of how cute of a place this is! (I often think pictures can be deceiving) It’s even better in person than the pictures. Being right on the ocean is everything! You literally can see everything that is going on the beach from your balcony and those ocean breezes are so wonderful. The location really is by EVERYTHING! Restaurants, shops and the piggly wiggly.. you can walk to it all! It’s very convenient and we did not have to use our car for most of the time. The only thing that I will say is that it’s small and lacks storage space- for our luggage. This is perfect for a couple or a couple with small children. But we absolutely love this place and will be staying here if we make our way back to Hilton Head!

Location was perfect to so much to do. Only downside we locked ourselves on the patio. Did not notice the small message on the door to be careful as door can lock. Lucky some one below us came to our room and let us in.

We were thoroughly pleased with every aspect of our stay. Our unite was exactly as advertised. We were within walking distance of a wide variety of restaurants, the beach, and shopping. We hardly used our car at all. Already considering booking same location for next year.

We had a great time and appreciated the complimentary beach towels along with the beach chairs and umbrella. The Breakers is our favorite place to stay and the elevator was a big plus since we stayed on the 3rd floor. The microwave in our unit was a bit hard to figure out, otherwise we loved it!

Very happy with our vacation in HiltonHead at 313 Breakers. It was a very nice condo and had everything we needed. Loved the beachfront location and was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and shower pressure was perfect. Liked that they provided bath and kitchen soaps and some shampoo products! No complaints at all. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a hidden little gem of a condo! Great location within a few hundred yards of Coligny Plaza with restaurants and shops and most importantly, that morning coffee. Although the condo is centrally located, it also has that "tucked away"" feeling of seclusion and privacy. Inside

We enjoyed the convenience of our condo to Coligny Park

This place was everything we were looking for. On the beach with an unobstructed view. Very close to restaurants, shops and grocery store. The place was very clean, and they provided plenty of towels for both the bath and the beach. This unit is on the top (third) floor walk up. BUT they are installing elevators which will make it super convenient. -- We knew that before we rented the unit and were fine with a little exercise. We arrived early and was able to get in touch with the leasing company who let us into the unit early. My only suggestion is that the condo association install signage indicating where the different units are located. We had to search a little to find our unit. The pool area was very nice and convenient. Overall this was a terrific condo and I would go there again.

Had a great stay at the unit. Weather was terrible but we still had a good time. The unit was exactly as advertised. Very nice update. Only two things. Dryer was so loud and vibrated so bad that sand came out from under base board. Regime needs to repair patio. Boards getting soft. If it wasn’t for climbing 40 steps, (tiring for two 78 year olds) we would rent this unit again. Overall it was a very nice unit and we enjoyed the stay.

Though Breakers is one of the original beach condos, it is holding up nicely. Constant renovations are keeping it an "on the beach" contender. Newer buildings may have more amenities, but the view is breath taking and beach access is 3 minutes. At night, open the slider and let the breaking waves lull you into absolute relaxation. Same time next year.

The property is exactly as listed. The view is beautiful. It was nice to be so close to Colony Plaza. The only thing not exactly as shown is the table on the balcony shows that it has a spot to put an umbrella. I'm assuming at some point the glass was replaced because you cannot put an umbrella in the table. The way the sun comes up the balcony is covered in Sun for most of the day and I feel would have been more enjoyable if we would have had some shade. However this does not affect how we felt as a family about the condo it was clean well-kept and up-to-date. What isn't listed is the fact that there's actually a pack and play in the cupboard in the bedroom. That doesn't help us in any way as our child is older but may help someone else who has a little one and doesn't want to pack their own pack and play. The only other slightly negative thing was the fact that the condo does not come with a broom. It does however have a vacuum.

This was our first time to Hilton Head and we were very pleased with the condo and the location. The ocean view was spectacular and we enjoyed looking at the morning sunrise every day. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance and we also rented bicycles for the week and enjoyed the many bike paths around the island. The condo was clean and in good shape. Highly recommend.

The condo was very nice. The view was out of this world it was so nice to sit out on the balcony and just listen to the waves. I could of sat out there all day it was so peaceful. Really miss that. You could park your car and not have to move it until it was time to leave. The restaurant were fantastic and so was the shopping. Will be back next year.

We absolutely love your home. It is our home away from home. We have been saying there for many years and celebrate our wedding anniversary there every year. It is lovely. We love the décor, the view, the high table on the deck to view the ocean, the peacefulness and plan to go back next year. We have been to Hilton Head 21 years already. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoy being there. Thank you so very much.

Loved this little beachfront condo. Loved the decor, everything was clean and comfy when I arrived. For those of you unfamiliar with Hilton Head, you could not ask for a better location. This property is located just across the road from Coligny Plaza with shopping, restaurants, anything that you could need. Of course nothing tops the beautiful beach. It was a pleasure just to sit on the balcony and watch the birds, dolphins and people going by. Thanks for a great vacation, I hope to be back soon.
