Hello, I just noticed there was a typo in my original review. The correct version should read as follows: (“Head” vs “had” in the 1st sentence) We have been to Hilton had many times and this was by far our favorite house of anywhere we have stayed previously! Great House!

We have been to Hilton had many times and this was by far our favorite house of anywhere we have stayed previously! Very clean house with great amenities, including a pool and hot tub! Backyard is like a private resort! Highly recommend!

This property had everything we needed. The list of stuff to bring was accurate; bring something to clean the countertops and glass coffee table. Also bring some hot pads for removing items from the oven or stove. The house was clean, well laid out and the communication with the property management was off the chart good. We loved the location....quick and easy walk to the beach and a very pleasant stroll to the shopping area. The pool was a good size and, with the two grandkids, was much used. We wouldn't hesitate staying there again.

Awesome Place

This was my 2nd year to stay on this property. It is a great place with a beautiful pool that gave us privacy from any neighbors. Nice short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed to prepare a meal and grill out. I highly recommend this place and hope to stay here on my next visit. Vacation Company has always been a great company to work with.

Backyard Paradise

My wife and I rented this great house with our dog. There were so many things we loved about this place and working with the Vacation Company and only 2 improvement wishes. First the Vacation Company made renting extremely easy and they provided plenty of pool towels and other items that made our stay stress free. Now the house, the backyard was amazing, great pool and hot tub which we purchased the hot tub heating option which was great. There yard had plenty of grassy area for our pup to roam around and enjoy! The King size bed was very comfortable and shower had awesome water pressure. The house is in a great location on a quiet street with the beach right down the street and only 1 mile walk to shopping, ice cream and lots of food options. The 2 improvement wishes are the couch is new but slightly uncomfortable and shape made it hard to relax on and the outside lounge chairs could use some cushions. We would definitely recommend this house and would rent again.

We had a wonderful week on Hilton Head Island. This property is a nice location and a short walk to the beach, which we walked each day. People are so friendly. The property is very nice, having a well equipped kitchen, plenty of technology if that’s what you need, and spaced for our family to enjoy. The best part is the hot tub and swimming pool that even on the cooler days we were able to enjoy. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home!

Great house, great location

Loved our stay here. The house is great and the outside space is fantastic - beautiful pool and hot tub, large grill, wonderful fire pit, even an outside tv! Perfect location - a short, very pretty walk to the beach and an easy walk or bike ride to Coligny.

perfect beach house

We have been vacationing at Hilton Head for almost 30 years and this house is one of my favorites. The backyard and pool are by far the best thing about the property. When you’re in the backyard it’s almost like you’re in your own private jungle with this little oasis all to yourself. The pool and hot tub are the perfect size and the fire pit is such a pleasant addition and comes in handy on chilly nights! The house is a bit small but was PERFECT for our little family. The short walk to the beach is icing on the cake! Will rent every time possible!!

Fabulous property and location!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for us - well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and the outside space is amazing! Beautiful pool and spa, large grill, dining table/chairs and lounge chairs. The property manager was very communicative as well and even left a bag of goodies for our dog. Short walk to the beach and easy bike ride to Coligny. We would stay here again!
