House was fantastic, especially for large family with young children. Only issue was pool...pool gets dirty very quickly because of overhanging trees. Needs a robot cleaner or ability for renters to vacuum...no hoses or vacuum was on site

Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed this property. The inside was very clean and accommodated our every need. The included bicycles and beach cart were very nice to have, as the beach was a short distance & Coligny Plaza an easy bike ride away. The outside pool area, mini golf & cornhole was our favorite. The screened porch was a nice added feature for game night & even a puzzle. We highly recommend this property for large families and children. The host was terrific!

Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful property. The inside of the home was very comfortable and the amenities worked perfectly for each of us. As a whole the outside was by far our favorite. The pool, the lounge chairs, the golf pad, & the cornhole. The grill was used for both lunch & dinnner! We rated this property 10/10 ! Our only disappointment was upon arrival the pool was dirty. I was assured it had been cleaned the morning of our arrival with pictures of crystal clear water. We failed to agree. In addition, the outside table & chairs next to the grill were dirty from the previous guest’s BBQ, including meat along the hot tub ledge.

We also apologize that the grill area and surrounding outdoor spaces were not as thoroughly cleaned as they should have been following the previous guest's departure. We had an awesome time with our kids and grandkids! Our family of 6 adults and 6 kids ages 6 to 2 enjoyed every aspect of the house and its close proximity to the beach and Coligny Circle. Would highly recommend this property.

Great house for our extended family of 6 adults and 6 kids ages 2-6. Short walk to the beach and the pool with shallow end was awesome for all to enjoy. Loved the screened in porch and the putting/chipping green was a big hit. Also enjoyed being close enough to Coligny to bike to. Had everything we needed. Took advantage of the beach gear credit and the take out food credit. Thanks for a great week!!

This house was perfect for our extended family vacation! With ages starting at 10 months, there was something for everyone! Walking, shopping, biking and beach all at our doorsteps. The house was spotless and the yard was perfect!

The house was beautiful. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the pool every day and the walk to the beach is about one block away. Was great for the little kids because the pool had a sun shelf they played on and the little putting green was a fun touch. I appreciated how clean the house was when we arrived given that it is a rental.

Stayed for a week with my parents and my two kids. Variety of bedrooms worked great for us. The house is beautiful with the yard and pool area. Screened in porch with the heaters were perfect for those chillier fall mornings and nights. Walking a block to the beach and short distance to the shops and plaza was great! Tproperyy manager was very responsive to all our needs. Definitely would rent again!

We booked this stay for a family get away. 6 adults aged 37-74 and one child. The one level house had plenty of room for everyone and not a step in sight. It was the perfect house for our family. Beautiful inside and very clean. We will definitely book this location again!

This was our 8th year to stay with our family on HHI and this by far was the best house we've stayed in! The house was very clean, the layout was perfect for our family of 7, there wasn't anything we needed! The house was decorated so fun and one thing that was a huge bonus was the amount of bath towels/washcloths provided AND they had pool towels we could use! We loved the location because it was private but we could still walk to the beach easily. This house was hands down well thought out. We will definitely rent again!

Our stay at 17 Mallard for our mother's 90th birthday was terrific. The entire process from our first call, to identifying potential rental properties, to completing the paperwork was seamless. When we arrived the bottle of champagne with the note wishing our mom a happy birthday added that personal touch. The property was perfect for our needs and was clean and well appointed. We had a catered low country boil on Saturday and our moms two sisters were able to join us. I want to thank you for helping us make our mom’s 90th birthday unforgettable.
