The 2019 rebuild from the studs, is impressive in materials used and overall design of an open kitchen - family room concept. Coastal living is at its best with wide plank wood floors, white kitchen quartz, cabinets, and a top-of-the-line Wolfe gas stove and electric oven. All together, this townhome makes for the perfect Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter getaway!

14 Braddock Cove was amazing & our trip exceeded our expectations! The townhome was absolutely gorgeous probably one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. So clean with plenty of beach towels & space! We hope to stay again in the future!

Wonderful Home!

This house was exactly as described! A bit pricey for amenities offered. The kitchen is amazing with ALL of the top notch appliances. Walk to the beach was very short! The only down side is stairs, if you have no problem with stairs then no worries. Stairs to get in the house, stairs to get up to the kitchen and living room and stairs to go down to the bedrooms. Definitely get your exercise!! I would suggest a pool on-site, plenty of room for one! If you wanted to access the community pool (which you had to drive your vehicle/bike to *golfcarts not allowed*) you could pay $50 per day for 3 people which would be reimbursed. I would rate this house an 8.

Wonderful! One of those times when the place actually lived up to the pictures. Everything was clean and new. The kitchen was great, all nice appliances and plenty of space. The bathrooms are all super nice, and the showers and large tub were great. The real gems of the place are the balcony overlooking the Salty Dog and the private back porch with TV, fan, and drink cart. Great spots to hang out with a morning coffee or after dinner. Can't beat proximity to Salty Dog and beach access. Quiet little end of the island, felt very private. Definitely recommend!

This house was amazing when I walked in, felt like the house had just been built. It was spotless and smelled so fresh. Beautiful living room, beautiful kitchen with everything you would ever need, huge pantry to store all your food. Big huge refrigerator ample space for everything. Bedrooms were perfect up downstair, screened in porch downstairs and upstairs big huge deck wonderful grill couldn’t ask for more.
