You will be welcomed to this cozy Sea Pines beach home getaway with a screened-in porch running the width of the house, providing just the privacy for those late-night summer evenings or cool fall afternoons. Family Vacation

We just left 10 Surf Scoter yesterday and it was a wonderful week. What I loved about the Vacation Company- 1. You actually contacted us that we could get in early! ( that has never happened in my rental experience with other companies) 2. 4 bikes and a cart!! 3. Well stocked clean house with more than enough beginner supplies!! 4. Keyless entry 5. Beach towels!!! - never had those with other companies Thank you for the effort and care to make this a wonderful renting experience! Hopefully see you next summer.

Very Enjoyable

It was out best visit to Hilton Head. Location was great and convenient to beach and areas. The house had wonderful appliances and was ideal for our large group. Will stay there again.

10 Surf Scoter is a nice family home with spaces for everyone. The downstairs bedrooms and baths are fine - just a little apart for one of the bedrooms. The downstairs sitting area was a good respite. Kitchen well-stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, cooking utensils. The management was quick to respond to a kitchen disposal issue. Could use a few more pool loungers.
