PROXIMITY TO THE BEACH

• It is approximately a 10-minute walk to the beach. Turn right on Wagon Road and follow it to South Sea Pines Drive. Then turn left on the bike path and continue to beach marker 26, where a path leads directly to the beach.

Sea Pines Beach Trolley Service is located at parking lot 8, off Greenwood Drive, near Willow Oak Road West. Operates daily from 9 am to 5 pm. June 8 to September 7.

Perfect getaway

This was a great house. Close to beach, 15 minute walk & 5 minute bike ride. Pool & hot tub was great! The screened in porch was really nice as well. Plenty of cooling supplies if you cook. Would definitely rent again!

Great Location

Beautiful home. This was our second stay at 1 W Garrison. Easy bike ride or walk to beach. Easy ride to Harbor Town & South Beach. Pool & backyard landscape are beautiful. We enjoy the screened in porch for a couple evening cocktails. 3 large en-suite bedrooms. Especially loved the comfortable mattresses.

The pool and spa were perfect! The proximity to the beach was also great. We enjoyed the bike paths and many of the shops and restaurants Sea Pines has to offer. The house was perfect for our group! Very clean and modern. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Wonderful Beach House

We loved this beach house in Sea Pines!! Everything was very clean and nicely decorated inside. The pool was a big hit with our 4 kids as well as the bunk bed room upstairs. Walk or bike to beach; the bikes left by The Vacation Company were wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen and linen provided. I hope we are able to return again to this house!

One of our favorite houses in Sea Pines

Great Vacation House

Perfect Beach House In The Woods

We loved this house! It was freshly decorated, well appointed, and well laid out. Especially loved the screened in porch, the five huge Roku TVs, and the hot tub. It was a short bike ride to the beach, restaurants, and great trails. Our only disappointment was that the pool is generally in the shade. Note that we were there in late October/early November. Five stars for the house!
