The placement of the three bedrooms offers maximum privacy. If you think you've seen it all, wait untill you walk out from the kitchen to your secluded tropical oasis with a private pool and spa, Royal teak furniture, and gas grill. Complimentary use of 1 hour of tennis at South Beach Racquet Club completes this perfect vacation getaway package!

HIGHLIGHTS

• Private heated pool/spa (12 x 26) *Pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge. To heat the pool and spa it is an additional $800.00 plus tax and to heat just the spa it is an additional $275.00 plus tax. The pool cannot be heated in June, July, or August, however the spa portion can be heated separately at that time of year. There is an additional service fee of $65.00 to heat the pool if you heat it within 2 weeks of arrival.
