Great Vacation

We stated a 1 Roadrunner Lane. It was a beautiful home, very clean and comfortable. But even more wonderful was our treatment by the Vacation Company. These people are the best. They were so accommodating. Had a small problem with a slow shower drain. The man was there within 30 minutes of my phone call. Thanks to the Vacation Company for our great vacation.

The entire family has been coming to Hilton Head for three years now and everyone agreed this was the best house yet. So spacious and pretty… The rooms worked out beautifully for everyone… Loved the included bikes and game room. We had a leak in the sink and it was immediately dealt with and fixed… the pool was cleaned twice during our stay. Love the location near the salty dog and the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the air-conditioning worked great throughout the whole house! The response on any questions we had was very timely. We will definitely be returning here.

House had with a good layout for 6 adults with 2 kids. Pool was perfect and beds were comfortable. Nice deck to sit and read. There was a lot of construction trucks for a house nearby. 5 minute walk to beach.

Excellent location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location in South Beach cannot be beat, as access to the ocean/beach is just a few steps away. Pool is great. House was clean and beds were very comfortable. Our family had plenty of space! Enjoyed the large closets for suitcases, etc. One thing that we felt would’ve enhanced our stay, was having an additional refrigerator on the bottom floor. Overall, excellent property.. have already booked again for next year!

Our stay…

The house was lovely, offered bikes and games and a great location, just a short walk to the beach —> so long as there is no construction going on. The house was surrounded by construction vehicles everyday, (new home being built next door), vehicles parked up on the side yard and all the way around the house, congested the walkway to the beach with trailers and porto-potties, so getting to the walkway was near impossible. Lots of loud noise through the daytime hours while they worked so napping was out. Nothing management could have done about that, but it greatly influenced our trip. Plenty of space, great kitchen and lots to do on the island. Thank you!

Phenomenal Stay

This home was perfect for our multigenerational family. The pool was amazing and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. The kitchen was well appointed and all the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay again. Owner did a great job improving the property! One thing that would make it even better... a refrigerator on the bottom level.

A wonderful stay

1 Brown Pelican is a beautiful house. Even though we had a small group (5 adults and a child), it could have accommodated more very easily and comfortably. Everything was just as we expected, so no surprises. It was very convenient to get to everything at Sosuth Beach. We will probably stay there again.

Christmas 2021

1 Brown Pelican was a perfect COVID-safe gathering place for our family. We enjoyed long walks on the beach, biking, tennis -- there were just so many things we could do. The house was even prettier than the photos!

Another great vacation

The home was beautiful, spacious and just right for our group. The walk to the beach was super easy as was the walk to South Beach. Everything was updated and the beds were super comfy. The weather was superb and it was another great week at Sea Pines....our favorite place. The only suggestion I have is to add more cooking utensils and pots/pans to the kitchen. Highly recommend this home.
