Off of the kitchen is a lovely screened porch with a dining area that seats 6 overlooking the beautiful pool and pool deck. The porch is a relaxing environment for the whole family.

The master bedroom is furnished with king bedding and private bath. The second bedroom has queen bedding and the third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom. The home does not have any stairs and is not elevated which is a unique feature! This home is perfect for a vacationing with small children! Situated in the beautiful North Forest Beach area this home has everything you need for an incredible beach vacation.

Perfect August 2020 Vacation

This is the cutest house! Perfect for a family of 5 and a dog. The house was clean and well maintained. Kitchen had everything we needed (pots/pans/bowls/utensils/potholders). A/C, washer, dryer, dishwasher worked well. Screened porch was nice (has a ceiling fan but an oscillating fan would be nice to have in the August heat). Photos of the screened porch shows a picnic table which is no longer there. Fenced backyard was great for the dog. Pool was clean (and cleaned at least once while we were there) with sun in the morning/shade in the afternoon. We found it relaxing.

The location could not have been better! Quiet neighborhood. Two-minute walk to the beach, with beach access at the end of the road (easy to return to the house for lunch or if you forget something). Beach wasn’t crowded (crowded at Coligny Beach public access [south] and Sonesta Resort [north]. Easy bike/drive to grocery stores, restaurants and specialty stores. Four bikes (including bike locks) provided.

If/When we return to HHI, we would rent this house again.

This our 4th time staying at 6 Lark. The size is perfect for 6 people. The walk to the beach is one minute and forty seven seconds (yes, I timed it), House is nicely maintained. Pool and outdoor shower were nice as well as the screened in patio, The extra refrigerator is nice. We would have liked to have had a sweeper to keep the floors sand free. Extra mixing bowls would have been helpful and a larger table in the dining room. Other than that it was a wonderful location to the bike trails and shops and restaurants.
