This house and experience is even better than portrait online. Everything is perfect. There is a ton of space, the pool and outside area can't be beat. The host also provided a number of gifts and welcome amenities that were enjoyed throughout the trip. The fire pit is excellent, there's mini golf in the backyard, and all of the beach games and necessities and toys that you could want for a family. We came for a week with our kids and in-laws. The walk to the beach is incredibly quick and the beach is very enjoyable. We couldn't Moore! And will be back!

This beautiful home exceeded our expectations in every way. It is spacious, well appointed and has everything you need to ensure a fun time. The pool was incredible but often kept us from exploring the beach which was an easy walk. All of the equipment was very much appreciated

We just returned from renting 19 Sandpiper last week in HIlton Head and wanted to "thank you" for having the home in top notch condition when we arrived. We had an issue with the elevator when we checked in and you guys responded very quickly finally scheduling a repairman to replace a switch on Tuesday of our stay - but again, the response was great as the elevator was important to my 82 year old mother who accompanied us. Also, the coordination with SERG Takeout and Low Sea Rentals (for baby gear) worked great as everything was in place when we arrived. We even went direct to SERG takeout for more meals later in the week. We have been renting homes across the country for family vacations for years and have found that the best experience is to go through a reputable local management company like you all (vs. VRBO, etc.) for the best result - and you all did a very nice job. The family wants to go back to the area in the future and we will undoubtedly use you all for our booking if we do.

Plannned a family trip to Hilton Head with kids, their spouses, and grandkids. Age range 10 months and up to seniors. Something for all of us. Outdoor amenities were beautiful, used the pool every day, added heat for the 10 month olds first pool experience. Indoor house was beautiful and so comfortable. Kids loved the window seats in living room, spaces for everyone to hang out. Huge table for family meals, we had 9. The quiet beach just steps away was perfect. Hope to be back!

Everything was perfect about this house and location. The easy 2 block walk to the beach and the short bike rides to Coligny Plaza was fun. This place was perfect for our large extended family. The owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable! The kitchen is stocked with everything a cook needs including a lot of serving dishes and Tupperware. Beautifully decorated, conveniently located to the beach and spacious enough for our large family dinners, we couldn't ask for any better place to stay in Hilton Head. The screened-in porches were relaxing places to read and get out of the sun while still enjoying the outside. The pool area was amazing -- they even had a large screen TV under the cabana! There were tons of games -- ping, pong, can jam, bocci and corn hole -- just perfect for the active family. Really, I can't say enough great things about this place.

The house, pool, spa and fire pit were all amazing! Cozy, comfy, beautiful. We loved the kitchen, the bedrooms, bathrooms, the pool, the spa and the fire pit. We really enjoyed eating in most nights with the extended tables. I have a feeling we'll be back at this house again.

We had an amazing week calling 19 Sandpiper our home away from home. The outdoor area with pool, spa, and fire pit were enough for our family to want to come back, and we hadn't even seen the inside yet! The interior of the house is beautifully furnished, and the decor feels so light and airy. Everyone can have their own space, while still having communal areas to gather together. The backyard gate was key for our short walk to the beach and a nice bike ride to the shops. The outdoor shower made for easy clean off after our beach trips. When we were about to leave, my 4 year old asked, Can we come back here someday? I wish this was our house! Definitely recommend 100%, and the Vacation Company staff can't be beat. They are beyond accommodating and take care of all the details so you can enjoy your getaway.

This is a beauty!!! Spacious open floor plan that is large enough for a big group and cozy enough for a single family. Beds are super comfortable and lots of places, indoor and out, to sit back and relax. The game room, pool and fire pit areas offer endless entertainment for everyone. A short easy walk to the beach with shopping and restaurants close by. You won't be disappointed with this home and your first visit will definitely not be your last.

Can’t say enough good things about 19 Sandpiper. The interior is well laid out and spacious, and everything is of the highest quality. The outdoor space is amazing as well. In many other of the large Hilton Head houses, the pool area is jammed into a tiny lot. But the outdoor space is fantastic here, with a great pool and sitting area. And the outdoor fire pit, gazebo and huge TV are amazing, and a fantastic place to spend the evening. We can’t wait to come back!
