95 Dune Lane

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at 95 Dune Lane. The pool, beach access, deck swings, and the beautifully appointed house (including all the bathrooms) made our stay memorable. Would highly recommend! A couple of items I might suggest is having a dust pan (broom is provided) and a waste basket in the laundry room for lint disposal. Also, the app used for communication is great, however, on the departure day, you have no access to check out list. I had read it prior, but if you want to double check the day of check out, you are out of luck.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful vacation rental! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our big family. The location was great—close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. We did have a small glitch with our booking, but it was handled quickly and resolved to our satisfaction. Overall, a great experience and we definitely recommend others to stay here.

95 Dune Lane was a phenomenal property for my family and friends beach vacation this year. We loved the outdoor areas, especially the multiple fire pits with sitting areas, and beautiful views of the ocean. The bedrooms were all stunning with great privacy for each family. Each room felt like you had your own little suite. The walking distance to Coligny was also fantastic and the property manager was extremely accommodating. Would highly recommend and hope I stay again down the road.

This property was so nice. Convenient to beach/island activities! Pool was a great size for a crowd. Lots of spaces for people to gather or to have some private time reading or just listening to the ocean! Kitchen was well equipped. Some suggestions: a second dishwasher would have been nice, the mattresses were too firm for our liking, and i think some beach chairs should be provided! We will definitely be staying here again as long as it still fits our needs!!

Our family Christmas at 95 Dune Lane was truly magical. This spacious oceanfront estate provided the ideal setting for our festive gathering. The large, well-appointed kitchen made it a joy to prepare holiday feasts, while the multiple living areas offered ample space for everyone to relax and socialize. The highlight for the kids (and many of the adults!) was undoubtedly the fire pit beside the pool. We gathered around the warm flames each evening, roasting marshmallows and sharing stories, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime. The proximity to Coligny Plaza was a major plus. We enjoyed exploring the shops and restaurants, and the kids loved the festive holiday decorations. And let's not forget the endless biking opportunities!
