27 Pelican

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at 27 Pelican. The house was beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed having the pool right off of the kitchen. The two lounge spaces (1st floor and 2nd floor) provided plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind after a fun day at the beach and pool. The second refrigerator and ice machine in the garage were an added bonus. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and and spacious. We all agreed that this was our favorite HH home to date.

This was our third time that our family of 14 stayed at 27 pelican. The last time we stayed was in 2021. We love the house. It accommodates our family well. It is close to the beach and also an easy bike ride to Coligney. Our only complaint would be that we never had anyone come to service the pool or the hot tub during the entire stay. We did put a phone call in to have them come and service the hot tub on Wednesday of our stay, because the water was quite murky. No one ever came. There was also no list of instructions as to your policy for checking out procedures, besides emptying the fridge and taking out the garbage. other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome vacation home. Open and roomy. Nice kitchen and plenty of dining area. Nice size bedrooms. The pool and pool deck with adjoining covered seating is our favorite spot.Easy access to the beach and 1 mile from Coligny Plaza.We have stayed at the house 3 times and plan to stay again in the near future.

This large, beautiful home was comfortable, super clean and well furnished. There was ample room for our group of 11 to spread out and relax. The kitchen was supplied with everything we could need. A couple of extra rolls of paper towels and toilet paper were really all we needed to purchase when we got our groceries. It is in an amazing location. You can walk to the beach in just a minute but you also have a private pool and hot tub on site. And Coligny Plaza is less than a mile away. We so appreciated having beach towels available along with the wagon to transport things to the beach. It was great having bikes to ride. And the table games in the garage got a lot of use! The property manager was also very responsive. We had a minor issue with a loose decking plank and they repaired it very quickly. This is a great property!

We had a fantastic time staying at 27 Pelican! The home was absolutely wonderful. It is large, clean and had very comfortable furnishings. And there was plenty of room to spread out even when traveling with a large group. The shaded area on the deck was a favorite place to relax. The home's location is fantastic. You are a very short walk to the beautiful beach (but also have the private pool and hot tub available on site). And you are less than a mile from Coligny Plaza. The rental management company was also extremely responsive. We experienced a minor issue with the deck's surface and the company fixed it immediately. I would not hesitate in rebooking this amazing home!

This house was fabulous in every way! We were 9 ladies celebrating a couple of birthdays and this place was perfect for us. The bedrooms were good sized and all had their own bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of seating with two dining tables. The den was large and could accommodate all of us as well. We loved the outdoor area with many options for hanging out in small or large groups. The pool was heated and very clean. The entire place was in excellent condition and very clean. The house is close to town and in about 2 minutes your toes are in the sand! It was a great trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate!

Wow! This vacation home was not only gorgeous, perfectly decorated and spacious, it flowed so nicely for a large group.. the sitting areas gave the group several places to retreat to during your stay.. the hot tub and heated pool were luxurious! Everything was sparkling clean. The location was perfect.. just a short walk to the beach and close to Coligny Square.. I will surely come back!

Our family of 19 rented this property for my parents 50th wedding anniversary trip. It was wonderful. It was the cleanest rental property I've ever stayed in. It was cleaner than any hotel I've stayed in as well. I started messaging through the VRBO app a few weeks before. I had a few questions, nothing too concerning. But Sammie responded almost immediately to all my questions. The staff was very helpful. Our ice makers weren't making ice when we arrived. Staff brought bags of ice each day until the ice makers could be fixed. We had HOT days and the AC kept up and worked great. There was plenty of dishes, silverware and any kind of kitchen tool you'd need. Great to not have to pack beach towels as the house supplied them. Washer and dryer worked great. Bring extra toilet paper as each bathroom has 2 rolls. And it didnt take long to use that up with so many people. The walk to the beach was plenty close enough. We went back and forth very easily between the pool and beach. While it was a bit small, the pool was great to have. The kids and adults enjoyed it. It was great to have so much seating around the pool and on the patio. The covered part of the porch was great in the morning to drink coffee. Overall, it was a GREAT house, INCREDIBLE loaction (close to Coligny Plaza) and if highly recommend it.

The house was in perfect condition. Clean, modern included everything you would need. Tons of room. Steps to the beach and walking distance to Coligny Plaza, Tiki Hut, etc. Lots of golf courses, restaurants and shopping nearby. Pool, hot tub and back deck are great areas to hang out with friends and family. Will stay here again.

Props to The Vacation Company, the property manager on Hilton Head. The house was in perfect condition (an issue with one tv was solved proactively) and the space worked out great for four adult couples and two toddlers. Highly recommended!

Our stay at 27 Pelican was amazing! We had a fantastic family vacation in Hilton Head. The house has so much space - everyone was comfortable. The bedrooms had plenty of closet space, the linens were top notch. The living spaces accommodated our large group. Even the garage had space for us to gather. The elevator was a huge help. The location was incredible . So close to the beautiful beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping, bike paths, golf… everything you would need. All and all, our vacation at 27 Pelican was outstanding.

What a fantastic destination for my large group of family and friends! The location can't be beat, only 3 houses from a pristine beach with plenty of privacy. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. The second floor pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the amenities were top quality. The elevator was such plus as I was recovering from knee surgery, and the extra fridge and commercial sized ice machine were clutch. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. My infant granddaughter loved the beach and pool, and could nap in quiet while the rest of the family enjoyed the pool. The living area was beautifully decorated and spacious, comfortably accommodating our large group. It was also very convenient to golf courses, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars and local attractions. That said, we found it hard to leave the house because it was such an awesome place!

One can see pictures, but really never know if the location will live up to the perfect pictures. This property does! It was comfortable and yet fit a lot of people in a way where people had their space, but were able to gather. The location had bikes and the beach right there, so much time was spent enjoying the ocean. The game room was so fun for the family too. We hung out at the pool in the backyard and then to some great restaurants nearby. The location is perfect and the family were very helpful. I highly recommend!

This place is amazing! Anything you want to do on vacation you can find it here. The rooms were spacious and all the beds were super comfortable. Steps to beach!!! Short walk to shopping and fabulous eats!!! The elevator...WHAT A USEFUL GEM THIS WAS! Equipped with all the daily amenities. Very clean. Large dining area and tables for entertaining and family fun. The HEATED swimming pool and SOOTHING hot tub were very relaxing. Everyone fit comfortably with plenty of room for enjoyment. WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN. LOVE THIS HOUSE!!! Memories for a lifetime.

This was the perfect beach house for our family of 12. Each couple had their own room and private bath. The kids were excited to have their own bunk room. We had our parents who were in their 80s stay with us. The elevator and main floor suite worked perfectly for them. The big blue house was such a great experience and is definitely our favorite beach house on HHI.

This was a lovely house and we were so grateful for our time there! It was a great location, in good condition, as described. Our only issue was arriving with trash overflowing from the cans outside. The company took care of it when I called them the next day. I had also emailed about which kitchen appliances were included and got a generic response about towels, linens, and cleaning supplies that were included (which was helpful but not complete). One of the fire alarm batteries died during our stay so we replaced all the batteries with new ones so we wouldn’t have another issue. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend it to others!

We celebrated a surprise 50th birthday with a week's stay with family and friends. The layout and location of the home were perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, eat, play games and visit. Close enough to the beach that walks were easy. The house is decorated well and looking for the 27 pelicans was fun. We will be back!

The house was great. We had a large family group with age ranges from 13 to 90. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook large meals. We made use of the extra fridge in the basement. We used the hot tub, played lots of ping pong and played some corn hole and foosball. There were beach toys and beach chairs although we did not use. It was cool and we enjoyed being close to the beach for walks and enjoying the sunrises and sunsets. We used the beach bikes to ride up to Coligny, Tiki Hut and Sea Pines. There were plenty of towels and starter soaps so we could run the dishwasher and laundry when needed. Th elevator worked great to get Mom up and down. We would definitely rent again.

The location is perfect with easy access to the beach. There is nothing but good things to say about your house! There were 16 of us and had plenty of room to spread out. It was tough to leave this year.😎
