Beautiful villa. Wasn't direct oceanfront but could see the ocean and it was Just a very short walk to the beach. Rooms were huge and we had everything we needed. Words can't describe how pleased we were to find this resort. Highly recommend to others and will stay again if ever in Hilton Head again 😁

Condo was clean, appliances good (coffee Keurig and toaster were very good), layout was great for 4 adults and 1-2 children. Service was great, minor plumbing issue was repaired promptly. Common areas were simple but kept clean by staff. Very convenient baby and beach rental companies at location. Pools were clean and Pool Bar Jim's was fun location but not intrusive to property. Easy beach access and great starting point for biking in either direction on beach. Definitely a prime location for beach/pool focused vacationers. Very family oriented when we were there in early May. Walkable location to casual restaurants, entertainment, shopping (including food shopping) and public park/playround.

The three bed, three bath set up was perfect for two families, the views of the ocean, the sound of the waterfalls and open spaces were relaxing. The pools were almost empty and the beach had plenty of space to spread out. The poolside restaurant had fast, friendly service. We walked to the grocery, dinner and shopping.

Out 2nd time at Sea Crest in 2 years. We rented a penthouse last time and actually liked this room better. Very clean, great accommodations for 7 and of course the location is the beat in HH, walk 2 minutes to shops, restaurants, grocery store and 4 ice cream shops, 2 minutes to beat location on beach, 2 pools and pool side Jim’s on property, enough said!

The Seacrest villas were just outstanding. The unit was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable as was all the furniture. The kitchen had all the tools required to cook just about any meal one would want even though we only used it for breakfast and lunch. Something to keep in mind is that it is a pretty good walk to the beach. This property is managed by the Vacation Company and they are a class act. Their communications with us was great. We got plenty of email and text before and during our stay. We did have one issue that was not followed up on but for me, I could live with the door that was not quite right. The instructions on checking out were clear and complete. Our family will definitly stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 2302 Seacrest. The room was very clean, equipped with all necessities in the kitchen, comfortable beds and living room furniture. More than enough space for our family of 6. The location was wonderful to take walks on the beach, enjoy the pools and walk to Coligny Plaza. The view from the balcony of the ocean was amazing. Definitely would love to come back.

The living room furniture was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable, the chairs in each bedroom were comfortable; the TV's were all working and good size. The kitchen was well equipped for whatever we wanted to cook and all was in working order. It is nicely decorated and the villa was just as it was pictured on line. The unit is clean and well maintained and I would stay here again, anytime. The Vacation Company was attentive, but not overbearing. We ate our way through the menus at Coligny and it was super super to not have to drive to dinner at the end of a long day at the beach. If we needed supplies we walked to the Piggy (Piggly Wiggly). Steps to the beach, perfect. Both pools were beautiful and the Jim's shack very convenient. I felt like me and my belongings (including the car) were safe. I would not hesitate to stay here again and certainly would recommend to friends.

There were 3 couples 3 children and there was more than enough room. The kitchen is really equipped with everything especially for those nights in. The laundry area is nice. Our family enjoyed our stay very much! The bedrooms and baths were very spacious and the entire condo was beautifully decorated. Great view of ocean and pools from great room and patio. Just a few steps to the beach and also shopping, restaurants, and grocery across the street. Plenty of space for me and my husband, both of our adult children and their families. We would love to stay there again in the future!

Great condo; very clean and just as promised in pictures and write up. Beautiful view of the complex and ocean. The pools were very clean and the hot tub was huge. Perfect walk to the beach which was much less crowded than the public beach. We rented bikes for the week and rode all over the island as well as up and down the beach several times. Lots of extra bedding and pillows. Beautiful kitchen filled with everything needed. Full size washer / dryer was very convenient with a family of 5. Cleaning staff was friendly and quiet. Kids loved having their own rooms with their own TV. My husband walked to the coffee store every morning right across the street and we sat on the deck and watch the waves and sunrise which felt like heaven. I would highly recommend this condo and location. This is the 3rd time we've stayed in Hilton Head and were completely pleased with everything. Restaurants and shops all around and within walking distance was great. Also, this was the most organized company we have ever worked with through VBRO; they were extremely responsive and have their own app we could download on our phones to have all the codes, etc. Great find! Thank you.

This condo is awesome! I stayed there along with 5 other people. Everything was decorated pretty and the views were amazing! The condo included everything we needed. It was very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect. We were right across the street from shops, the grocery store (piggly wiggly), restaurants, and bike rentals stores (25$ a bike for a week). The beach was very quiet and relaxing towards the left hand side. The right hand side was the public beach. Everyone around us was friendly! There was no chaos! The scenery at the hotel is perfect! The outside pools and the hot tub are huge. The indoor hot tub is small but there is also a workout pool right next to the workout room. We had an awesome stay here! I suggest anyone considering this condo to go ahead and book it! This is my family's new favorite vacation spot! No doubt we will come back! The only downside to this condo was the early closing times of the pool and hot tub. Everything closes at 10 p.m. Otherwise, everything was great! The rooms were huge, the bathrooms were huge, and the kitchen table seats 8 people. There are two balconies which were very relaxing. We spent much time on them as the views are something we already miss! RENT THIS PLACE!! you WONT regret it!
