Great location. Excellent home for our multi-generational family get together with lots of space and bathrooms! Nicely decorated and very clean with lots of towels and kitchen supplies. The beach and pool toys were great for our little ones. Pool and spa were perfect for our needs. Short walk to beach. Only shortcoming was the limited to no ocean views from main level but fantastic views from primary bedroom/second level. A little disappointing for elderly parents that have some issues with stairs and were limited to first floor. Would definitely return again for another stay!

The house had the perfect location in ample room for us. Beach Access was right next to our driveway. We loved having the seven bedrooms that we didn't know we needed. The pool appeared larger in pictures than it was, but it was big enough for our family. Great amenities throughout the house, including bicycles, beach towels lots of kitchen wear extra pods for laundry and detergent. The house could use a little bit of updating, but it is still perfect. The Vacation Company is a very well well-thought-out and accommodating rental company.

The pool was a little smaller than it appeared in the pictures but it's a good enough size. The beach access was right next to the house which was perfect. The house was very clean and included extra dishwasher and laundry pods and other essential amenities. The bedsExcept for the primary king bed were all very comfortable. The bathrooms are ample. The kitchen had everyww could need including a griddle for pancakes. Over all a very perfect house. We would want to stay here again and again

The ocean view and ibeach access were perfect. The layout of the house was really good for our family group of 10. Access to HHI activities was perfect from our quiet location. AC and other house systems worked. We'd definitely come again - maybe in Oct rather than Aug.

The house was beautiful and well taken care of The rooms were spacey. The pool and yard and pool deck were in excellent shape. I have been going to Hilton Head for 30 years. This was one of the best homes I’ve stayed in. I would love to stay there again. The rental company was very attentive as well

This was a great place for our group of 7 couples. Each room had its own bathroom.The house was a perfect place for us to spend 4 days together. Location was great too - right on the beach and walking distance to almost everything. The service and support was excellent too! We hope to come back soon.

My large family had the most wonderful week. This property, the beach toys, the bikes, everything we needed, was there for our enjoyment. I can’t recommend this rental enough. We loved being able to walk out on the beach at any time as well as walk over to Coligny with our young children. We will be back!

House was great. We loved the pool. Easy access to the beach. The house is well maintained and clean. We had plenty of space which was great. I would suggest adding a tea kettle to the kitchen. Other than that the kitchen was stocked with all the items we needed. It was so nice that beach towels were provided. Washing machine was great. We washed our own towels. We had a very nice and relaxing week at the beach. Definitely would book this house again.

Gorgeous property, with path access to the beach. All the rooms were extremely clean and well lit. Our expectations for ice-cold air conditioning were a little low considering the forecast was in the mid-90s for the week but we were pleased with the good AC system that kept the house cool. The pool and Hot tub were well kept. My favorite part was the backyard views of the ocean on the upper deck and the patio. The inside of the home was also well decorated and provided a very relaxing yet coastal aura. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation with my brothers and my father. Thank you, HH!

We had to most amazing stay at 17 Dune! The house is a great layout and had everything we could have asked for. Loved the decor and the comfy beds. Our favorite part was the outdoor space. From the pool and spa to the firepit to the upper balcony with great ocean views! The house is in a great location and it's a quick walk to Coligny Plaza or The Tiki Hut. We had such a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

As the title indicates, great house and location. Everyone had room to have time away as well as large enough for the family meals etc. Only downside was for some reason the hot tub can't be heated unless it is 55 F outside. This dampened that aspect as everyone one was looking forward to it on the cold evenings around Christmas.

Communication and check-in was a breeze, though we were not there until the late afternoon the property was available earlier. It was in a great location and shopping a restaurants within walking distance. We had an amazing time, the home had plenty of bedrooms, the kitchen was well stocked and the 4 bikes were great for riding on the beach. We walked on the beach every day and rode bikes. There were a lot more people on the beach than I expected for November. Information was sent outlining everything we needed to know and number to contact if we had an issue. They were super responsive when we called. If I had to provide 1 suggestion is there are only 7 seats available for the communal space. I would suggest adding another couple of comfortable chairs on the far wall or think about a way to increase the seating to a minimum of 10. Would recommend this home, however definitely pricey during the Thanksgiving week.

This is a great property. The house is lovely and very well laid out. The location is unbeatable. So nice to have a pool and hot tub and be steps away from the beach, and a short walk to shopping and restaurants. We would love to come again! I would be nervous having little kids here though as the pool is uncovered. But bigger kids and adults are just fine.

We loved the house and it was in great shape! Loved the decor. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was super convenient. The ice maker is a perfect compliment to what you would expect from a property that had a lot of thought into the furnishings!!
