The Greens has a private community pool on-site, the beach within easy walking distance, and golf only a mile away. A bike path running alongside the villas provides easy access to the amenities of the plantation.

A beautiful stay!
We had the best experience during our stay. The location was unbeatable, with a walk to the beach only 10 minutes away. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness, convenience, and availability of the vacation company for any questions or concerns prior and during the stay. I hope to be back soon!

104 The Greens - Fantastic Golf Course Views and a Quick Walk to The Beach!
We absolutely loved this property! Perfect for our family of 4 and the location was great. About a 10-12 minute walk to the beach or a quick drive. Close to restaurants and fun family activities. Loved being able to easily go into Sea Pines one of our days and walking through Shipyard was beautiful. We will definitely rent bikes our next stay!

Wonderful stay!

Family Vacation

Great Condo
Terrific place to stay for a week or extended stay like we enjoyed. Less then 5 minute walk , 1 minute bike to the beach. Condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. Super clean and updated with plenty of room to even do some remote work when needed. Will definitely book again !

Even had bathroom starter set (soap/shampoo/etc). Tons of books and games for the whole family to use. Quick 5 minutes walk/1 minute bike ride to the beach access point. Tons of beach equipment stocked in the storage closet for use. Wonderful trip - highly recommend this property!

Condo has everything you need for a great beach getaway
This condo has been updated and has everything you could possibly need for your beach vacation. The townhouse is so close to the beach, a quick 4 minute walk. The outdoor grill was nice to have. I highly recommend renting this property.
