This was our second time staying at 102 Beachwalk and we once again had the best time! The location of the condo cannot be beat. 5 minute walk to the beach! Condo is clean and updated. Only suggestion is that the living room furniture, specifically the couch, either needs to be deeply cleaned or replaced. We had a couple minor issues we reached out to The Vacation Company with during our stay and they were more than accommodating. We definitely won’t hesitate to stay here again!

This was by far the best HHI rental we’ve stayed at over the last 7 years! My daughter and I came down for a mother/daughter trip and have always loved staying in Shipyard. Beachwalk has been great as it is the closest to the beach. This place though…I can’t say enough about the location. It was wonderful being right up front. We loved the wrap around deck that overlooked the stream (that also was home to 3 small gators and 5 turtles). We enjoyed our morning coffee out on the patio table almost every morning. The inside of the house was an open floor plan and CLEAN! The windows and double sliding doors allowed for a lot of natural light. Everything was decorated perfectly and the house was just welcoming. The Vacation Company was also amazing to work with. They responded immediately when we called or emailed. Highly recommended!!
