Wayne was always interested in seeing how things worked, so he began fixing cars in high school, which evolved into a 10-year career in automotive services. In early 2000, he moved to Hilton Head Island and began working in the hospitality industry. He has now been in the industry for over 20 years. He started with the Vacation Company as a Saturday inspector, which led to his becoming a full-time property manager. In his spare time, he likes to listen to music. Music soothes the soul!
